First experience: Charged twice for tickets, therefore I had to wait over a week to receive my $600 back.
Second experience: You failed to inform us that our ticket purchase had been rejected even though we had paid and submitted the order 2 weeks earlier. I was forced to initiate contact three times (2 emails were ignored) when we had not received e-tickets. Then we found out 3 hours before the (sold-out) event that we had no tickets. The event was in New York, we are from Australia. This was an important part of our trip.
We have still not received a refund. I simply received an email saying this happens to 0.8% of customers. This is not good enough. I am appalled that we were not
Informed and you continue to hold our money. And to inform us only a few hours before the event (after I initiated contact) so we couldn't even organise different seats is terrible.
Then to top all of this off you sent me an email today saying "we hope you had a terrific time at your event". Well no, we didn't because your organisation does not communicate with its customers and you take their money without providing a product.
I sent an email of this nature to one of your customer service representatives and once again, have not received a reply.
So in conclusion, my experience has been awful. Thank you for ruining the opportunity for a once in a lifetime experience in New York.

My experience with TicketNetwork was a pleasant one. Tickets delivered on time and the seats were better than expected.
However, I wasn't exactly pleased by the play, "Clever Little Lies" because of the excessive use of the four letter word f--k again and again. It's an ugly word to have to listen to over and over again and I was embarrassed that women in the audience had to be subjected to it. Someone should tell this clueless playwright DiPietro that his audience does NOT consist of rootless street urchins (obviously his mentors) who use this kind of language routinely but mostly educated people who DON'T make it part of their vocabulary. It's really sad to see how vulgarities and verbal filth are now felt to be necessary for a plays' success. What a comedown. We can say goodbye to what was once class and good taste and hello to new low-brow ignorance and scripted sewage.
For my part, I felt degraded and insulted by hearing it. Just WHO does he think he's talking to? If I see his name on any future play, I'll avoid it like the plague!
Wanted to take my granddaughter to the Lion King but Denver Center was sold out. I knew I would be paying a premium for tickets through an after market ticket outlet. But this was highway robbery--paying 6x the face value for a ticket was obscene! I won't be doing that again. I though scalping was illegal.
First I will say that the tickets were great! The seats were great! The price and site charges were lower then most and I would love to say I had an amazing experience but a huge mistake the tickets showed the wrong start time and we missed the start and a hour of the race. I'm a huge Nascar fan and it was a huge let down to miss the start of the race like that because of that not sure if I will use your service again :(

The experience was good. I received my tickets long before the estimated time frame given. The only thing that might have been helpful was to get a notice that my tickets were shipped so I knew to look out for them through fedex. I didn't expect them so quickly so I almost had them returned by fedex. Other than this the experience was a good one.
Got better seats than what I'd purchased originallly. (Only by 3 rows but still better!) I printed them straight from my email so it couldn't possibly have been any more convenient. I will most definately use TicketNetwork again!
I paid for my tickets in full and I was given a promise delivery date to receive my tickets before 10/21/15. That did not happen. Then I was provided a second promise delivery date of 8pm 10/27/15. That did not happen. Then they gave me some lame excuse that the promoter of the show changed things on the timing to deliver tickets. That has nothing to do with me and I could careless. I paid for ticket and it promised to on two different dates and they did not deliver. Take your business elsewhere and don't waste your time because you'll the song n' dance.

Wee had an incredible time at the temple-notr dame game. Tickets were worth every penny and we would do it again if the opportunity presented itself.

Concert was amazing... but I'm disappointed in the AT&T center... doors opened at 7:20. The audience was not young... many were complaining about the long wait (even drizzled on us). When we finally entered the main doors, we had another 15 minute wait at the curtain to enter our section. Again, the groups shared their pains and the fact that many had been standing for about an hour by that time.
We were denied entrance with the etickets that were sent to us. Needed to buy seats that were inferior just to get into the venue. Please resolve this situation so others do not have to go thru what we did. Looking forward to your communication!
