I ordered tickets to a concert on November 22nd 2015 in September 2015 and was promised a delivery date no later than October 20th. After two phone calls and 4 emails I finally received the tickets 3 day before the event. Needless to say I was worried. I had giving these tickets as a birthday gift.
I will not us Do Ray Me ticket service again ever.

When I first purchased the tickets I thought I had a problem with seating. I sent an email and was contacted immediately to explain. My 13 yr old son and his friend lover the seats and experience.
The tickets I purchased were not actual seats but spaces on a bench buried in snow! I would have appreciated knowing this before driving for hours through a snow storm to make this event! Refund?

My son and I went to the NASCAR Chase Series Phoenix Race this past weekend. This was the first time that either of us has had the opportunity to go "back stage" for a NASCAR weekend and really didn't know what to expect. The first day of our weekend, when we walked into the garage area, we were totally blown away at the access we were given to everything. We were able to watch all of the cars go through their many inspections, meet a majority of the driver's, and watch all of the weekend's races from the very unique view of pit row! I couldn't believe how totally transparent the entire experience was. I can't think of anything that could have made the weekend better. Thank You so much of the tickets. We will remember that weekend for many, many years to come.
No tickets at box office; two different employees looked for them. Glassmans Ticket Agency (=TicketNetwork) did not return my call from the box office even though I'd talked to their rep 4 times that afternoon. Will NEVER buy through a broker again.
Although it took me about two hours to get there due to public transportation, it's was 100% worth it. Great Big World makes you feel like you are at home with their intimate atmosphere, created by a smaller venue and actually talking to the crowd, opposed to just yelling random things into the microphone to boost spirit. Their voices are heavenly, and better live than in the studio. A must see and appropriate for the whole family (yes their were children there)!
It was a wonderful, energetic, and invigorating experience! Juan Gabriel is a great singer. I grew up listening and singing to his music with my parents and family. This concert took me back to my youthful days which was bittersweet yet gratifying. He is still quite the performer and his voice just as wonderful as I remember. A great experience I will never forget!
