They will create a new listing without the sole proprietor's explicit consent. They also will allegedly override & impersonate by uploading to related Yellow Pages businesses or individuals' Google Search. These infringements are carried out with the intent to maximise Yellow Page's SEO ranking in local search results. Thryv Australia knows about its bad faith conduct, but it will repeatedly infringe by shifting the blame or deny any wrongdoing.
