I emailed to cancel on Feb 9th 2023, They hit my card again on Feb 22nd 2023, They refused to cancel my services. Then I filed a charge back, they never delivered my package and I lost the dispute for $319. They are a total scam.
Not going to lie, I thought this was a really cool concept and was super excited to give them a try. The first box was a bit of a disappointment but I figured I would keep going to see if they got better. I think I even upgraded my account to see if that would help. Nope. I think after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on boxes I wound up keeping one thing from each. Everything else I just gave to my friends or goodwill. I tried to update my profile, add more details, talked to support and still wound up having the same results. Some of the clothes and accessories that were included weren't great quality either, drastically shrinking after one wash, things like that. I decided to cancel my subscription, with plans on trying them out again down the road when I was ready.
That said, BE CAREFUL clicking on any links within their emails. I always check out the promotional ones offering something extra to see if I'm interested. I clicked on a link to learn more about a sneaker offering and it somehow triggered a purchase and resumed my subscription. I tried to reach out to them to cancel the box and get a refund only to hear that they would not refund the $100+ for the misleading link and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to update my subscription, add more to my order, basically everything but what I was trying to do. I cancelled my subscription immediately.
Not going try them again. Not wasting any more of my money with them. Would not recommend to anyone.

I got a package that was suppose to have 1-3 pieces for $60 and it was suppose to have a bonus of $100 on extra pieces 2-4 pieces and I got a box with 2 cheap shirts and short. It was really hard to cancel also, and no support or explanation for why I only got 3 pieces.
So 2 shirts and a short for $160? Hell no

Your account is currently closed and not going to continue billing. We also do apologize that you felt like you received items that were not what you expected. We do offer free exchanges to members on their first box. It your case, however, it looks like you never reached back out to us for options.

From the clothes I received, my stylist couldn't have been out of middle school. I canceled my subscription after the first order. On top of it all you are stuck with the horrible stuff they send. NO REFUNDS!

Update: I reached out to management and they made everything right. They changed my stylist immediately and I began receiving the clothes I enjoy. I'm leaving it a 4 out of 5 because I did ask multiple times for no more pants and still received 2 pairs. Sarah from management was beyond incredible though and did everything to satisfy me as a customer. Thank you.
This company use to be incredible! Then Courtney changed to Connor and everything went to s#!+.
I told Connor at least 5 times that the temperature where I live is already in the high 70s to 80s. So don't send me winter clothes. What do I get? A box with only winter clothes. Connor had me return the package then sent me a replacement box with more winter clothes. I tried emailing somebody else to get to management but I realize Connor answers all emails and phone calls. Not sure if he's the owner now but when I dealt with Courtney, everything went smoothly and I got clothes I enjoyed. Now I have canceled and warn anyone trying to use them. Connor doesn't care about you and your style, they just want to offload clothes onto you whether you like them or not.
Notice all the recent reviews are bad reviews. This is since Connor replaced Courtney. Bring back Courtney.

By far one of the best subscription base companies I even been apart of as a customer. Every item is of quality, durable, and most importantly great looking. Not only do my package arrive on time every time. Also not only do I receive exactly what was promised. The customer service and there problem solving is top tier. I really do love this company and its views. I'm not the type to leave reviews or click stars. But for this company I will also eat set time aside to let everyone know how great this company is.

This company I got 3 boxes from them the product is not all that also they send a promo and bingo got scammed with some shoe like I try my best to get in contact and all they do is try to keep you paying and making you look like crazy and is not them completely disappointed sad they I have still put one star

It was nice my first box like the fact all my t shirts were black everything was ok except the jeans i got didn't fit
Loved my first baller package. Everything my style... i just dont like the color blue & the tees were all the same color (black). I got 4 tees & no shorts or pants, i wish it came with some type of bottoms. Other then that awesome! 10/10 i recommend. But please no blue stuff next time. I got blue shoes and i wont wear it lol might give it to my dad cause its a badass pair of shoe.
