I ordered a special box themed for the month of May. The owner was partnering with another artist. The package never arrived. The owner, Bree, blamed it all on the other artist. The other artist told me to contact Bree for a refund and said that the packages hadn't been shipped due to some sort of miscommunication on her behalf. Bree asked for my phone number, I assumed in an attempt to try to rectify the situation. Instead, she called me at 10 pm, slandering the artist. At the end of the day, I had to call my bank and process a fraudulent charge. I purchased from Bree once in the past, and I thought she seemed reputable. Unfortunately I was wrong. She's giving small businesses a bad reputation. She promised to send out free products for all my trouble, but never did. When I asked about them she acted like she didn't know me.
