Thewebdesignllc

The Web Design LLC gave me full ownership of my website, along with production ready files, which was very important to me. They also made sure my site was SEO friendly from day one.

This was my first time building a mobile app, and I had no technical knowledge. The Web Design LLC walked me through everything step by step. The answered even the smallest questions without making me feel out of place. The app turned out great. The only thing I'd suggest is offering a clearer breakdown of timelines upfront. Still, I'd work with them again.

I really enjoyed working with this team because they treated me as a partner, not just a client. They listened to my ideas, made suggestion based on experience, and were open to feedback at every stage. The result is a website that feels like ''us,'' not something generic. I'd definitely work with them again.

I engaged The Web Design LLC to create a web portal for non-profit. They delivered the core functionality on budget and the look and feel were quite modern. On the downside, I felt the kickoff phase could have involved more detailed planning some features required we go back and clarify what exactly we wanted. The added a bit of time. But in the end the product is solid and the team was professional. If you're comfortable working collaboratively and refining specs as you go, this is a good service.

The Web Design LLC did a great effort building my custom website. Their team was professional, understood my requirements clearly, and delivered a clean modern design that worked perfectly on all devices. Communication was quick and they handled feedback well. A few small post launch fixes were needed, but overall, I'm happy with the result and would recommend them for reliable web development services.

The website is visually clean, organized and full of concrete feature listings (mobile responsive, stock photos, banner designs, social media integration, etc.). For someone evaluating options, It's helpful to see what is included.

I am writing this review to put an alarm out for all people thinking of going with their service. They built me a barely functioning website that was wrought with issues. During my time with them I had multiple different product "managers" who could not get the job done. I paid them an additional $200 for social media marketing that never happened. I also have a contract showing a money back guarantee. Of course, when you try to contact them they give you the run around. Their address is California is FAKE. Their web address is located in another country. The owner had the balls to call me and tell me that some other company was using their identity and then when I confronted him about it, he basically admitted to me they did it. They have refused to refund my money and are total frauds. I had to constantly remind them of what I have paid for, prove it to them with invoices, constantly asks for changes to be made. I even had to create my own logo since their clip art style logos were just terrible. I have also found out that even though I paid for a GoDaddy hosting for 2 years, they never put me on GoDaddy and instead put me on some other web server that is more expensive to host at. What a bunch of crooks! AVOID this company at ALL COSTS. I have screen shots, saved texts, and emails to provide proof and wish I could take them to court but they hide behind their fake address and web presence. I am a small business owner who wanted an honest company to create a website to sell golf carts on. This experience has been the worst that I have ever experienced with any company in my 42 years of life. If I could leave -5 stars I would. We have a small golf cart sales business and was hoping this would help us elevate our presence. The social media marketing we asked them to do was terrible. All they did was create half baked ads, using carts we don't sell, and the only people that liked the ads were their own staff. Also, they had the audacity to offer a 50% sale during Christmas, on a golf cart! This all happened without our approval of course. Avoid at all costs and do not do business with them.

FRUSTRATED... With WEBENGINERS

For months I've been trying to obtain my refund from this company due to the unprofessional work and promise on the company behalf. Dwayne who was assigned to my project and supposed owner of the company per say he in conversations have led me on and lied over and over of my refund being returned. The website refund was provided months ago but not the unauthorized Domain refund of $249.00. I've been passed off to a lady by the name of Rose who stated my funds would be returned two months ago and haven't. When I get in touch with her she lies and says she's looking into it. When and if I speak to Dwayne he also leads me on. This company I would not recommend to anyone based on these and more issues noted since November 2023. I am so frustrated with these people who represent this WEBENGINERS BRAND. I only wish to close out my dealings with them upon the return of my refund.

It is just people trying to scam a few thousand dollars out of you. They will claim to have been around for two decades with no proof to show it and also claim to be accredited by a few review sites. BUT if you actually search for them on those sites you will not find them. They are also not accredited by the BBB and I quote have said "Reviews do not matter for us"
