Ordered a clock on 10/21. Christmas Eve and it's still not here. No emails from them unless I reach out first, then they just ask for time to follow up on it which they never do. All they're trying to do is push it past 120 days so it can't be disputed with the credit card company. They're either the worst run business on the planet or, more likely, thieving scum.
Lo and behold, 10 weeks after ordering my clock it arrived today. It came from the Ukraine! Obviously I can't say I'm a satisfied customer, but it's somewhat satisfying to know that it's just a poorly run business rather than a complete scam. I hope others have similar luck in (finally!) receiving their merchandise.
