I ordered 2 trees in August expecting a shipping date in November for fall planting as their website showed. However, when I hadn't received them in November, I contacted them on their website but got no reply to my email. I then called and got an automated message to check their website for shipping dates. That looked like shipments were going to begin again in spring. Then, I got an email on Dec. 3,2025, telling me my trees had shipped. They were delivered on Dec. 9th! Instructions said to plant them when received and do not put in a planter/pot. How can you dig a hole in Dec. With 4" of snow on the ground? Additional information gave instructions to put them in a planter if the ground was frozen when they arrive. They need to make up their minds. This also shows that a Wisconsin company is aware that the ground in Western Pennsylvania can be frozen in December! This is NOT a company I will do business with again! Their warranty only provides a store credit if the trees don't survive, not a refund of the money they received. My trees are now in a planter on my deck. I would give them a Negative star rating if possible.
