I've had several instances of having to contact customer support. First time they never shipped my order but sure enough took the money out of my account. They finally sent it. When I FINALLY received it they were trying to send me the second shipment. I told them I haven't even had time to try the first shipment yet. So after going back and forth they finally moved it back to the next month.

When I made my first order I had purchased the rose exfoliating scrub. I took the little foil seal off. Squeezed the tube and the crimped seam on the end busted and there went the majority of the product plop on the shower floor. Reached out to spa Dr and they said sure we'll get right on it and get another sent out right away. Well a little over two weeks later I'm still waiting on the product. I could have driven from Missouri to California and picked it up quicker. I reached out several times asking where it was and for a tracking number. No tracking number. And I have saved all correspondence between us. Needles to say I'm about 24 hours away from filing with the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware.

I love how the step 1 cleanser leves my skin feeling clean and there are no harsh chemicals. The step 2 firms and tightens my skin and step 3 moisturizes my skin leaving it feel soft and smooth. STEP 4 IS amazing giving my skin the extra moisture when needed Thank you for creating this amazing system.
