Sold us a warped record. Purchased as a gift, recipient (myself) was unable to open it until return home in February 2025. After the initial contact, in which I was assured of a replacement; follow-up stated a replacement was out of the question. Many emails to customer service, all with same response, "Sorry, notification beyond the 30 Day return window". Absolutely no consideration given to the fact that I was not able to receive my gift until February, nor the fact that, regardless of notification, THE RECORD WAS WARPED when sealed and sold as a damaged product. Save yourself the hassle - shop elsewhere for your vinyl - unless you enjoy constant dissatisfaction and warped records.
