I placed an order for what was advertised as Premium Services, with a clear guarantee from TWH of achieving 85–90 marks, and I paid the highest fee they offered based on this assurance. However, shortly after making the initial payment, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional amount so they could purchase certain articles required for my dissertation. Trusting their process, I paid the extra fee and requested a copy of the purchase invoice as proof that the funds were used for my work. Unfortunately, they never provided any such documentation. Later, I was asked to pay yet another additional amount, this time for data collection related to the dissertation. Again, I made the payment in good faith. But when the dissertation was submitted to the university, the outcome was deeply disappointing—the work failed with a mark below 50%, far from the promised distinction-level quality. Upon reviewing the final submission, it became clear that the so-called premium articles were never included, and no data had been collected, despite having paid for both services. To make matters worse, when I requested a revision, they demanded even more payment—for work I had already paid for and that they failed to deliver in the first place. To make matters worse, throughout the process, I was contacted by multiple individuals using different WhatsApp numbers. These people appeared to know all the details of my order and personal background, which created a false sense of trust and legitimacy. I interacted with them under the belief that they were all part of the same team. However, once things went wrong, and the outcome was clearly unacceptable, no one responded to my messages, and I was left with no clear point of contact or person accountable. This experience has not only cost me financially but has also put my academic future at serious risk. The lack of transparency, broken promises, and unethical behavior are unacceptable. I now see no other option but to pursue legal action against this company. Thugs waste of money. No one replies after taking money from you! All their reviews are fake. Don't trust them
I contracted them for Rs. 50,000 to write a research papaer fror me. After I apid them Rs. 10,000 in advance, they started and in the middle they started asking for Rs. 20,000 more. I paid them total Rs. 40,000 and now thaey are askinf 40 UK pound for a call when I asked them to explain the writing.

After taking money, they will never respond you. The wrote my thesis which had plagiarism issues. Despite more than hundred follow up, no body replied or took charge. I was helpless and ended up with severe disciplinary action from my university including ban in my degree. I was dealing with Mona ( Khusbskht) and Ayisa Sophia. They are cheaters and a team of frauds people. Once they get the advance money from the client then they will not hand over the work within the time frame. They will not even attend to your calls and reply to your text messages. They are cheaters and frauds. Please spread this message as much as you can so that more people can be saved from scams and fraud. It is better to use the international facility of content writing.
