Outstanding website - great service and great product (shower seal b3)
Don't bother wasting your time trying to order from shower seal, they wouldn't help me with my order over the phone, said I had to email them. I emailed them and no reply, called them and finally got an email asking for more info which I supplied then no reply again! Called them, was told they would reply... nothing! I have given up and will look for another supplier.
I ordered a shower seal from this supplier according to the advertised sizes. They sent the wrong size and to their credit sent me another one that was the same as the first. They no longer answer my emails and I now have 4 metres of useless plastic that cost £30. I will never buy anything from the internet again unless it is a recognised household name.
