Bought these for our split king adjustable bed. No instructions. Need to have two people put sheets on bed. The elastic helps keep the sheets in place which is a plus. Won't buy any more. Won't recommend them to anyone.
This shady company sells "Egyptian comfort"
They are plastic poly sheets. I did their crazy return with tracking. Now they say they never received my package! BUYER BEWARE! They will want you to file a complaint, I never have had an issue with USPS and I have been an e-commerce seller for 20 years and mailing with them for over 40. Not once has a package went missing.
They said they guaranteed to last seven years, I had mine for five I think they are still good. They are still soft cool and comfortable The seme on one of the pillowcases unraveling But they are still good nap free!
Shipping was fast. I was put off by the small thumbnail color samples but am very satisfied with the colors I chose. I still wish the color samples were actual photos of normal size, not thumbnails. The feel of these sheets is just what I like. I was introduced to The Sheet People when I slept over at a friend's house. They have used these sheets for years and have washed them repeatedly with complete satisfaction. On their recommendation 2 more friends started using these sheets, and they are completely satisfied and are repeat customers. I look forward to the same experience.
I ordered sheets from here and sheets from Cozy collection. The microfiber sheets from the sheet people were much softer. I ordered these for my son he said he'll never use anything else again. I did not misunderstand their advertisement as many did. The advertisement said soft as Egyptian cotton not that it was Egyptian cotton. The sheet people sheets are thin and cool no need to order bamboo sheets.
They shipped the wrong color, called me and said would send a free label. I called, emailed and text with no response. I mailed them back at my cost to get them exchanged. The sheets are nice. Just needs customer service!
The sheets were a much duller color than appeared on their website, so I returned them. Granted, I waited until the last minute to do so, but it was still within the 30 days they require. Customer service called me to tell me they wouldn't be able to refund me my money because it had been 60 days! When I said it hadn't, she pointed to the date of purchase; I reminded her, as I had on the return form, that it took the sheets 3 weeks from the date of purchase to arrive. She didn't skip a beat--obviously she already knew this--and said that it was still too late because of today's date, which was 12 days beyond. I said the date I mailed the sheets was within the 30 days, all she had to do was check the postmark. She then told me the postmark was two days after the 30 days--notice how her timeline keeps conveniently shrinking? This was a blatant lie; I'm sure because I went on my day off, the 30th day, so it was impossible for it to have been two days late, and the post office does not hold on to things and postmark them a couple of days later--in any case, I saw the clerk do it myself. I asked her for a certified return receipt and she said my tracking number was the only kind available for packages, and it was on my receipt--but I foolishly did not save the receipt long enough, and paid in cash. I guess I never expected such dishonest customer service; I've never come across anything like this online.
They did offer to exchange the sheets for another color, so that's something, and while they do have a lot of colors, none of them go with my comforter; not only that, I have no confidence that they'd look anything like the picture. Honestly the only colors I'd feel safe ordering from them are black or white, neither of which I'm interested in. So I'm not sure how to take advantage of the offer. I wish I hadn't returned the sheets; now I'm out $60 and have no sheets to try to sell to recoup my money on my own!
I purchased two set of Egyptian cotton sheets from this company from their website. Upon receiving the sheets found they are not made of cotton at all. Even though the packaging is labeled Egyptian cotton. As you can see the standard is subpar and extremely sheer. Upon contacting the company for return due to their deceptive sales practices and labeling, after several Email exchanges company days they advertise 'feels like Egyptian cotton' which is categorically false. Company refuses to provide return shipping for their deceptive practices. Will only accept returns the customer pays for even though they are deceptive. Deceptive sales practices. Buyer beware!
Received, sheets in 5 days, that's fast. Soft, color choices, are great. Haven't owned them long so i won't know about wear
I have been purchasing sheet from The Sheet People for years. I had a problem with the sheets and they refused to do what they promise. I washed them 1x and the sheets had nubs all over them. Sent them an email, they told me to send sheets back at my expense. I did. I spent 8 months trying to get them to respond to my emails, nothing. I would never buy from them again and I advise no one else to do either. I heard their responses to other people that also had problems. They are disrespectful and they try justifying their bad behaver. They do not take responsibility for nothing. Horrible customer service.
Placed order and promptly cancelled, not before paypal paid. Tried for 3 weeks to contact them, would not answer the phone, after 4th email including transaction number, all I got was asinine response of "God loves good liars", WTF? Finally had paypal scam unit working on it, my credit card company, and contacted Better Business Bureau, where the have already racked up over 37 complaints. My attorney on stand by. They finally responded to BBB with lame excuses, apparently finally being shamed enough to give refund after 7 weeks. Kudos to BBB. Need to rename company The Sh*t People.
I ordered seven sheets sets in early December, fully expecting to receive the two additional free sheet sets as described on their website. The package only included the seven sets I bought so I called and left a voice message. Was not returned so I sent an email which also was not returned. It has been two months since I placed the order and I have sent 22 emails and left more than 30 voice messages... no response at all. The site also advertises free shipping but I was charged $41.65 for shipping and 9.98 for a handling fee.- Disappointing.
Received misleading/defective product. Customer support is non-existent. No replies to emails and phone calls go directly to voice mail --- which is full. Their "contact us" on their web page is just for show.
The worst bed sheets I ever had. The company claims they are 100% cotton and Egyptian. They are from china and they are microfiber. I used 3 nights and I couldn't sleep. Scam... Scam...
Sheets feel very soft. I wash them every monday and put back on. They are 1.5 yrs old and started balling every where, to where I can feel them. I sent them 3 emails asking for replacement with no answer. I called and got answering machine. I left name and number and never was called back. Don't stand behind their product at all. Very disappointed.

They sent the wrong color of sheets. So I gave them a one-star review on a 3rd party site. I then got an email from the rep there saying that he (Tom) would not give me another bed sheet set unless I removed the negative comment. WELL, that is not only unethical but illegal and is called BLACKMAIL! Here is a transcript of the conversation via email below as proof:

Seriously! This is NOT a good first impression! Please send the correct item along with a prepaid label for the incorrect item so it can be sent back at your cost, not mine since it's your mistake, thank you!

Described as 1800 thread count Egyptian cotton in advertisement and In the label that accompanies the sheets. But the label attached to the sheets says they are 100% microfiber. See attached pics. These sheets feel like plastic and are going straight to the trash. Not sure how this scam is allowed.
These are the best sheets that I have ever owned they're soft and wonderful. I've had them for years and they never fade or pill. I've given them as gifts for the holidays to my children and they all feel the same way that I do. I'll never buy any other sheets.
They say if you buy two sets of sheets they will give a coupon plus $10.00 They will send you another set of sheets. Well my wife purchased the sheets and they came with no problems. So she sent a check plus the coupon for the third set. They cashed the check did not send the sheets, Got a letter in the mail saying because we did not send the $10.00 dollars they were not send the sheets. My wife called the bank to check on the check and the check cleared and they were the ones who cashed it. Like I said scam artist. We called them e-mailed them got no reply. My next call will be to the AG of Indiana about this company.
