A big blow.
October 8, 2024

They don't say they'll discount anything after 0.87, and they just rob you 49.00 pounds after a few days and there's still no information to give you. Where can I report this company for diaper and theft?

An absolute scam tricking you into charged trial period. First they collect 0.99 EUR for phone number look up, they never provide info (and sell your details to a third party), and charge additional 49 EUR within 3 days. Do not create ANY account with them.

Expensive scam
January 16, 2024

I would not recommend this site and if I could give a zero I would. It's a big scam. They trick you into thinking they have some information for you and charge you 0.99 for them to reveal this information. Only for them to tell you they couldn't find any information. Funny thing is this is supposed to be a one off payment. No subscription or commitment. I was almost scammed of £49 a few days later, lucky enough for me my bank thought it was a bit fishy and blocked the payment. Changed my card! Scammers! Stay away stay away!

Message sent to these scammers seconds ago:

Jajajajajaja, good scam, you tricked me...
Where can I close my account? Nowhere.
The pending subscription cancellation message stays forever.
The trick of showing blurred data saying that you have the information when you have nothing, is a really good one.
Congrats to the scams team.
Please, cancel the fraudulent subscription and close my account.
Regards.

A complete con
December 16, 2023

I am absolutely appalled by the unethical practices of Reverse Look Up. After paying £0.99 for a search, I was shocked to discover a charge of £49 for a subscription today, three days later, despite never signing up for any subscription. To make matters worse, the initial search I paid for yielded no results, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the service.

This company's actions are nothing short of criminal, and I am in the process of raising a case against them with UK fraud agencies. They have proven themselves to be absolute scammers, preying on unsuspecting customers with their deceptive tactics.

Furthermore, the terms and conditions of their service are not clearly stated and are written in minuscule font that is nearly impossible to read, especially on a phone. When I reached out to them for a refund, they callously refused to acknowledge their wrongdoing or provide a refund.

I urge anyone considering using Reverse Look Up to steer clear of this deceitful company. Their lack of transparency and willingness to engage in fraudulent practices should serve as a warning to all consumers. Stay away from Reverse Look Up at all costs to avoid falling victim to their unscrupulous behavior.
