I know of no other way to get this incident to your company, so I will try this. First I purchase a set of pans, used your utensils with with them, the bottoms and sides scratched and came off inside the pans, so I notified you and pitched them in the trash(saved on for proof). My Son has been giving me your product for over a year for gifts, I admit they are very attractive, the crock pot for Christmas was quite nice, untill I used it and washed it and the words washed off the dial? I returned it for another one? Have not washed off this one yet. He puchased a complete set of dishes, and several other pieces, glasses, bake dishes etc. One of the small salad plates literally blew apart in my microwave, while trying to warm my dinner last evening, YOUR DISHES ARE STAMPED: MICROWAVE SAFE! CARE TO EXPLAIN THIS SO EVERYONE WILL KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT MICROWAVE SAFE, KEPT THE PLATE AND PHOTOS FOR PROOF. I CANNOT WAIT TO HEAR WHAT YOU AND Walmart have to say about this, I truly wonder why you have not been sued as of yet.

I enjoy the products. However. My country garden teapot was broken and I was trying to buy a replacement on the website for a few days now. Whoever runs the site needs to be retrained or replaced, the site is unusable. It loads the initial page enough to see, but it never 100% loads and you are unable to click on anything. I've tried with my mobile phone and my laptop-same results.

So, instead of purchasing from the producer or any of the affiliates, I am now going on eBay where THEIR site works and buying my replacement from a private seller.

It's incredibly frustrating that I was trying to support a brand I've enjoyed but the ineptitude of how the site is run prevented me from doing so. I will NOT attempt to buy directly from the company again, it isn't worth the frustration.

I ordered a sweater from her but the order went through Walmart. I ordered my regular size but it is so huge I cannot wear it. The email from Walmart said to take the item with a copy of the email to a store near me. Well, they scanned the barcode, entered my order number and looked up my account and they could not locate the order at all. They told me to call 1-800-WALMART. So I've made three calls to them and each time they say they will send me a new barcode that will allow my return of the item. I have not received the emails at all. Not in regular email, not in spam, not in junk, not in trash! The store won't do anything else and the calls do not get me anywhere. How in the heck do I return this item?

Hi, I occasionally watched the Pioneer woman but a lot of times she seems so prim and proper that's kind of hard to really relate to her. But I've been watching her quarantine shows where her family are the camera people and she's so much more playful and goofy and she seems like a regular woman I'll watch all of the shows. I love that she incorporates into the episode when she makes mistakes or when she forgets things or when she sloppy and messy. Keep going like this Ree! And I'll keep watching!

This site is certainly no secret, but most people may only be aware of the blog. The author's funny, insightful writings are more than enough to ensure regular visits, but the other features of the site are so incredibly well done, too. The pictures are stunning. The recipes are well written and beautifully photographed. The links are thoughtful and useful. In short, this is a fantastic sight, possibly the finest of its kind on the web.
