I ordered few items worth 57 euros in November. My shipment never arrived, I tracked it by the shipment number and I saw it was returned back to England. I tried to contact customer service, sent many emails but I've never heard anything back from anyone. I wanted them to resend the package or a refund but I'm still waiting…!

Ordered in December, still waiting for communication on missing products! No refund, no emails. I've sent 5 emails and various messages via social media but no reply! Look at other review platforms as there are so many unhappy customers now all complaining about customer service! I'm now buying the products from another supplier who has excellent customer service and a better courier! The Ordinary company is in a mess…

I started using this product line 2 years ago and I love it. The price are affordable for everyone. I like the fact that the products are usually 1 specific ingredient so you can customize your routine for things you need.

I've been using this toner for months now I think this is my 2 purchase. I like how it makes my skin feel. I has visibly reduce the bumpy texture on my face.

Used niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, Glycolic Acid 7% toning solution and it made my face burn. I will not be buying again.

I bought a couple products from Sephora and tried to order them from their website. The website changed my address at checkout i immediately noticed and contacted customer support by email but they are completely useless and don't answer. I then called and was told there is nothing they could do so I should contact the delivery company to change the address but the delivery company said they only do that for businesses. Then I contacted them again and no reply, no product and no refund! I have reported them to PayPal and the FCC and I'm looking into who else I can report them to. It's rhe same Leah online shopping experience I've ever had and going forward I'll pay the extra money to order no needle serum from a company that actually cares about their customers.

I always been having issues with shipment and delivery every time I order from Ordinary website. But at least I was still able to receive my order. Customer service are hard to reach. Phone line sometime on and off. You can hardly get hold of anyone. This recent experience was the last draw for me. I ordered gifts a week before Christmas in 2022 that's supposed to be arrive before Christmas. Till this day, I still have not receive my order and it's Jan 2023 now. Shipment was just sitting at the origin for days and not being picked up until days later finally moves but since then no updates. Buy this brand from other retailers. I love the products this brand offers, but their customer service sucks, their warehouse fulfillment is nothing compare to other major retailers. They do not have a sense of urgency of customers needs. Plus, sometime you can find cheaper price for the same product at other retailers. I found couple items are priced higher at Ordinary website than other retailers that sells Ordinary.

The caffeine solution has caused pain around my eye and redness. I look like I have deep sunken eyes now!

I have literally battled a life time of acne, texture irregularities, and after having my kids - melasma and hyperpigmentation... im just gonna leave a photo here to show the results as they speak for themselves. Note: i was on my period in the pic on the right but only got 1 zit on my nose where my glasses and face mask sit.
My regiment is i alternate depending on how my skin looks and feels that day and night. All the products i use are also added in picture form.

Love, Love, Love The Ordinary products. For the price point, even if you don't end up using it, you aren't out more than a drugstore brand (probably less). The range of items is incredible. I am a skin care junkie at 52. I read an article that tells me I need let's say Latic Acid. I'm on the website, - The Ordinary Latic Acid and I am on my way! I buy their products over and over again. As soon as I am out, I restock sometimes I buy 2 just because the price is so good, this way I don't have to wait for shipping when I need to restock next time. I have a large lazy susan full of The Ordinary! I can't recommend them enough. My skin also looks darn good to boot!

My first bottle of Retinol 2% seemed ok with a serum texture and look, I bought the second bottle this was so much like watered down, did not look like the first bottle, did not stay on my skin. The worst part was I sent an email to the manufacturer- got me nowhere; went to the retail store where I bought it from- got me nowhere.the box has Batch number but no best before date / expiry date the store manager was looking for - none showing, promises on I will get back to you... never do. No wonder it is so cheap...

The website is fairly easy to navigate (all the menu items can be maximized or minimized). The products are really fair priced and of high quality. They do filter reviews (you submit reviews, they review those reviews and then decide what can be shown/posted, so might as well go to sephora or elsewhere to put a solid public review for the products)

You absolutely cannot beat the low prices that The Ordinary offers. I've tried a ton of their products and the Glycolic Toner and Niacinamide Serum are must-haves. Order straight from the website as the shipping is free when you spend $25 and the prices are much cheaper than if were to purchase the same items from Amazon.
