Was looking for the company I can relay on to buy a new chair. Check several on the internet and red customer's reviews. The Modern Back was a nice name and I checked the place. Talk to Tom Walls he made a very good impression on me. We made a deal and I am very happy customer now.

The affiliate named Tom that was assigned to me was great! He stayed in touch until I received the chair. I never felt like I was bothering him when I had a question. He would immediately respond and was very polite and kind. I received the chair that I purchased very quickly within a week or so. This is a great company with integrity. Purchasing a massage chair from The Modern Back was a great experience. From the sales personnel in the store to the delivery team, everyone was fantastic. I LOVE working with a small family business. It makes me feel as my business is important to them. And I definitely felt this with Annmarie and Tom. Their follow-through and follow up was stellar. They were knowledgeable, patient, nice, and their inventory was large of chairs to try and all price levels. There was no rush, and not one hint of a hard sell! If I were to buy or shop again, would immediately go to "The Modern Back Shop"
