After not being able to breastfeed successfully, Little Oak formula made a huge difference in our life. It's gentle for our little babe and she took to it straight away. We can relax knowing she is happy and healthy and getting everything she needs!

I wish I found this formula 5 months ago!

The credit card functionality is not working for me. I tried multiple times and cant enter the card details.

I spoke with the customer service team about some of the delays with stock from NZ. They were able to dispatch a container for us promptly by proritising us. They even had a local rep drop off some testers to get us through the night. Amazing.

Love Little Oak! The product is great for my little one and their customer service is outstanding. So quick to respond and they certainly went the extra mile when we were in a bit of a bind due to an Australia Post hold up. Couldn't recommend them more!

We switched formulas as I was starting formula full time with my little one - after doing my research and hearing about how pure/good the ingredients where I decided to opt for little oak. Not only does my bub guzzle this down, the mum guilt of not being able to breast feed has totally gone because this product is great quality and she is so HAPPY when feeding! Thank you little oak! X

Delivery time was a little slower than I'd hoped for but other than that it was great.

Nancy went over and above to get my order delivered as soon as possible. What a wonderful woman to speak and correspond with. I'm so pleased with the product and the people behind the product.

I feel a little put out by paying for express delivery and it being delayed, albeit not a major delay.

The times I have purchased on line through little oak have been very quick with delivery. I was close to running out of a tin when I first started giving this to my son and I rang to see how long delivery would be, the lady I spoke to went above and beyond and it was on my doorstep the following day. Very happy with little oak. Also just recently little oak had no stage 2 formula and I messaged in a panic and was treated so nicely. The lady who messaged me sent me s few boxes of single serve sachets to get my son through until my next order was delivered. I highly recommend Little oak to everyone that has asked about baby formula.
