I will keep this as short as possible but feel I need to explain how good these guys are.

I was wary about using online shops (Adrian said a lot of people are) but after an initial conversation with the team I decided to put my money down and place an order.

24 hours after the initial order was placed there was no sign of the parcel so i contacted the office and was told to check the dispatch terms. After checking the terms I have to admit I was rude and sent an email containing a variety of swear words and general abuse (my impatience)... my order was cancelled and I was told that there is a zero tolerance policy when it comes to swearing at staff or being abusive.

I promptly realised this was MY error and apologised to Adrian and we discussed the order staying open... he agreed and sent that day (48 hours later my door bell went and I was signing for the order)... QUALITY!

I would never use another site as I now know they are genuine, if not taking any $#*! from customers.

My one bit of advice and from reading the reviews below I can clearly see why a couple of people have posted negative reviews... Adrian is a man who does not take any crap from customers and these people are obviously not man enough to apologise when making a mistake, hence their orders being cancelled and accounts closed - MONEY REFUNDED!

Do not be put off by the INCORRECT text claiming they are a scam, if you actually READ the full reviews any orders not fulfilled are refunded... this is NOT a SCAM, this is a childish person being put in their place and then trying to harm a genuine business with a fantasy review.

One might ask why I am writing this review in a case to discredit any negative comments... my answer... BECAUSE I KNOW THEY PROVIDE A QUALITY SERVICE IF SPOKEN TO IN A DECENT MANNER (speak to others as you wish to be spoken too was an old saying my pops taught me). I am a betting man and would bet any money I have that Adrian would have fulfilled these orders if spoken to in a regular manner and if you have any issues then ask them... THEY WILL RESOLVE THEM FOR SURE.

ANYWAY IM DONE NOW AND YOU ONLY NEED TO SEE 5 NEGATIVE AND WELL OVER 100 POSITIVE REVIEWS!

Adrian asked me, as one of his many long term customers, to write a review to keep others informed of the service they provide.

I will start by saying I only have good things to say about the way they work and Adrian ability to get things done.

I have made upwards of forty orders on the site as I sell on in my local gym to make a few extra quid and as a regular customer I was provided my own discount code (I will never complain when being saved money).

Orders arrive promptly and on the rare occasion of there being a problem it is always sorted out within a day or two (small problems not major ones so do not be alarmed).

I would, and have, advised by closest friends to use the site and not one of them have ever had an issue so any potential buyers will be fine.

It is as simple as - YOU PAY, THEY SEND!

Service before and after has been spot on, always had my emails answered professionally and within a short space of time.

Ordered three weeks ago delivery was quicker than previous sites I have used - ordered Monday and it arrived Thursday

Everything I ordered was in the parcel and results so far have been very good.

So far i have nothing to complain or be negative about so keep up the service

Get my order as always panic a bit because I put name of account slightly wrong but he's assured me its all ok and got my tracking number probs my quickest order to date, just trust this guy and u wont be disappointed!; honestly he's sound!

I never write reviews but seeing the total fool writing such crap below has made me take action.

Adrian is always extremely helpful and to call him a scammer is very funny, actually its very very funny!

From the long drivel that has been written you can see he is trying to convince himself that Adrian is wrong and he is right... YOU'RE NOT FOOLING ANYONE BUDS because you say there was no contact between you and Adrian and then SHOW YOURSELF up by showing the world you peppered his inbox after office hours and then cried like a $#*! when he didn't respond... I'm crying my eyes out here at how much of a sad act you are!

Keep up the good work Adrian because all normal people know you are a genuinely top bloke who always does his best to help.
