"Do not let the American-sounding name fool you. This is an overseas operation selling terrible quality shoes that do not match standard sizes. When I tried to return them because they didn't fit, their customer service was incredibly uncooperative. They demanded photos and tags as 'proof' of fit, as if they were glass slippers they could judge from a picture! They refuse to offer free returns and force you to pay massive overseas shipping fees just to get your money back, eventually offering a insulting 10% refund just to make you go away. Horrible customer service and low-quality product.
