Can't cancel

This company commits fraud. It says you cannot make changes after 24 hours. I asked to cancel in less than 5 minutes and they stated they already shipped it. Don't buy from them. Use American companies only. I was going to change my order to another product for the same price but now since your site and service representative lied. You get nothing.
