Bought my Dubai Lifestyle Experience months ago and now want to redeem and activate as we are planning on going on holidays in Dubai soon. I have since done it online, written to the email on the Certificate Number but got no response. To make matter worse, there is no contact number to make phone calls. This is really terrible and makes my family upset and angry about the whole package.
We need to get our trip arranged and finalised.
Why is no one responding to the emails?
This is horrible.
If I don't hear anything I will be making a lot of noise about this.
I hope it is not a scam because I will be very vocal about it.
So far we've had a very good experience booking our trip. Looking forward to the wonderful events and beautiful hotel we will be staying at.

We tried booking farther out, and were limited to mid-October. So i would suggest being able to submit preferred travel dates further out than just 3 months.
The experience was good, the presenter warm yet gave us feeling of of indifference to service offer. Humble recommendation for the group is to do a bit of background check on potential customers before offering potential products.
