عدم الصدق قبل الاشتراك في البرنامج كان التواصل ممتاز من قبل المندوب لكن بعد الاشتراك يتغير التعامل والتواصل من قبل الشركة وتأخير في إرسال الايميل لتفعيل العضوية واختيارات الفنادق

Lovely room, nice views towards the Khalifa and canal nicely lit up at night makes for a lovely walk along the promenade at night. Only downside is the distance to closest metro station which led to lots of taxis and overall spend was a lot on these during the week. The breakfasts were varied and very tasty and filling. All staff were nice and friendly and hotel was modern and clean.

I got sold the hotel package which was a good price, but it expires in one year as I was told. I asked if I can change the dates if for some reason I couldn't use the deal in the designated time frame. I was told yes you can apply for an extension.
When I applied for an extension they told me that it's not in there terms and conditions. And I lost all of my money.
What a con.
Never will I use them again.

Hope you can give us the hotel on 19th cause we land on 19th morning

This product is sold with a ten day cooling off period. After leaving we had second doubts and many questions. The reps were happy to answer questions in person; via WhatsApp or email. If the rep could not answer your question because it may not be their area of expertise, a colleague would be invited to assist. Repeated questions were answered politely, professionally and patiently.

2 days ago, I tried to do a booking for a hotel stay. Your website just captured my arrival date in Dubai. No way to state my intended nights. What is more, an email just said I will be contacted within 30 days! That amt of time to just confirm a simple hotel stay. Pl be more efficient & be proactive.
I was promised that when I made the purchase. But is that suppose to be just talk & empty promises? Can your guys contact me tomorrow so that I can finalize my plans. Looking forward to some efficiencies & good effort. Thank you.
