For starters, the Epoch Times runs the same stories repeatedly with their newletters that I receive multiple times a day. They would do better to send one edition per day, and provide fresh stories. The news has also become slanted and narrowly focused recently. I read incessantly about persecution of Falun Gong, when there are MANY persecuted peoples throughout the world that are being ignored. I also read way too much about problems in China, when I also want to know about N. Korea, Iran, and others in addition. Lately the newsletter has been pushing Chinese medicine in their health news, instead of giving a wider range of medical research. I feel like the newsletter is aimed at appealing to a very narrow audience, and I am no longer that audience.

For past year I noticed a continued shift from their mission of fair and balanced. Their articles have become more and more opinionated by reporters and less fact based. Then they started monitoring comment section and editing or not allowing all comments to come through and finally they allowed no comments on certain articles. They can't say it was because comments were abusive. I had comments blocked and all wrote was disagreement with article and were to find facts that show article was biased.

The Epoch Times is the last bastion of Objective News print media. They make an honest effort to cover difficult subjects in a fair and objective manner. On difficult subjects of National importance they will often do a deep dive research piece that lays everything on a detailed timeline which presents a clear picture suitable as a Permeant Reference. We subscribed for their News Reporting, but we also their "Opinion, Mind & Body, and Life and Tradition" sections well worth the read.

We have developed group of friends eagerly awaiting the paper after we are finished with them. Often I find it hard to pass copies on because I want to keep them for reference. I consider a subscription to the "Epoch Times" superior to what passes for a College Education these days.

Back during November 2019, I gave up watching mainstream news. Trump was on trial for the Mueller investigation. We don't have broadcast news and were visiting a resort, that had regular tv programming. During the morning, we watch much of the trials.

Night time was total surprise to hear trial reporting. Reporters turned Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman words like, "I think, I surmised, I guessed," into "facts" with their reporting. It was shocking that night to hear his opinions presented as facts. People all around the country believed what they had heard. Every news station was touting the same information.
That was the end of mainstream new. Switching from channel to channel, showed almost identical language as the news media mirrored each other, presenting the same lies as facts and using almost the same terminology.

Epoch times has been a refreshing change. Facts are presented and the reader draws their own conclusions.

It appears today, that most people would have someone else "directing traffic, then doing their own driving."

They want to be told what to think, when, why, and what to do, by someone else. Drawing conclusions from the reading primary source documents, is too much work. The easy way is to let a reporter "research (loose term, it appears, they really don't research anymore) summarize and present. And then just accept whatever they say.

We appear to have become a brainless society that gobbles up censored information, served up by the media as fact. The media now has control of what people think and do.

I would hazard to guess, that it is these "influencers" that are one of the reasons our country is in trouble. It is very disappointing

Don't fall for the scam price

Canceled a subscription, they made an offer to get me back which l shouldn't have accepted. They were NOT honest and whacked my card 139. I never gave permission for that. Am reporting it as fraud.

CREEPY CULT newspaper Epoch Times comes unsolicited TWICE now at TWO different addresses. HOW do they get everyone's name and mailing address? Epoch Times Falun Gong cult sends unsolicited PROPAGANDA all over the U.S. and even up into Canada with far right wacko stories aligned solidly with their two cult leaders Hongzhi Li (who believes he is immortal & can walk through walls, etc.) and DONALD TRUMP. Yeah, they love Trump, of course.

Also Shen Yun dance is pure propaganda from the moment the curtain goes up.

DON'T bother! The IT departnent is INCOMPETENT. The reporters do NOT proofread their work anymore if its even a real person to the point that the articles no longer make sense. Epoch Times appears to be stuck on the FEAR carousel. Why am I suddenly told that I have a limit on the "FREE GAMES" portion of Epoch Times. I keep getting emails w the articles which I can read but now they have disabled the games. I'm DONE!

This is a terrible paper. I received a copy without request. Read a bit and would like to know why I received it. It is so awful.

The Epoch Times is a terrific counter to the left-slanted media and tech. It has logical, rational, and objective articles or opinion pieces by accomplished, unbiased, but critical journalists and subject matter experts.

I did not subscribe, I get emails from all their options. I have unsubscribed multiple times and still receive them. There isn't even an option to delete my account without calling them. Not impressed. I get more spam from them thenji do the spam emails...

I Would Never Ever signed up for The Epoch Times. I know they are a bigoted Trumpish organization. They spread hatred and should be banned. If I receive further communication from them. I will consider it harassment and take appropriate action.

I was happy to see all that epoch times offers on their platform. I am impressed to see another view. I am most impressed with documentaries. So far I am really happy with what I see. Things are not right in the world. Things are smelling pretty fishy in the political arena. With my life experiences puzzle pieces are falling into place. Thank you Epoch Times!

What a fantastic news organization who has the courage to report the truth in an era where evil is running rampant for control. God bless all who strive for truth. I would encourage anyone questioning their reporting, know this and please consider. When the government and any of their cronies work at such an effort to censor and quell information, one should be raising flags and asking why?! Look at the censorship patterns that we have been witnessing over the past 10 years alone. The louder the bark and clear constitutional violations, the larger the flags! Let us critically think here! There is no disguising this right wing piece of kitty box liner. Why they mailed a copy to me through USPS is beyond me. I do live in a republican/ right wing area and that may be the reason. Boy, did they picked the wrong house!
Articles appear benign until you read them. Could be QAnon, could be Uhleins, could be John Birch or the Federalist Society. Hard to believe it's just a crazy Chinese propagandist. Lol

This rag is nothing worth reading and is the issue with fake news in the United States. People are brainwashed by crap like this.

If you look up The Epoch Times on Google, of course you'll read that it is far-right news. It isn't. It is fair reporting-what news should be, but isn't. For example, CNN and MSNBC are hardly fair news, and you won't see a lot of what is happening on those fronts. The Epoch Times has been around from New York City since 2000. Look at it for yourself and judge for yourself. You will see a variety of different articles that you will never see anywhere else. Broaden your minds. Be fair.

Just writing to let you know that I did receive the gift card code on the same day as I subscribed. I just now discovered The Epoch Times gift card in my junk mail. Although The Epoch Times timely sent the code, for some unknown reason it was sent to junk mail so I didn't know that I had indeed received it. No action is required.
