I have been buying sheets from The Company Store for many years. I particularly like their percale sheets for comfort and longevity. They are also very goo value for the price.
Despite an initial issue with placing my last order, this will always be where I look first for bedding.
Love the products but the web site is impossible. The past three times I have ordered I have had major problems with checkout and payment. Have been trying since 11:00 am today to place this order.

I received my cute little rug for bottom of stairs with no problems. It curled a little so I laid it backwards for overnight. It was perfect in morning. Love the cute design.

I wanted a discount for the item I ordered but was disappointed even though it said for full price only. I hope this item doesn't have wrapping issues that leave dents in the rug surface

Happy to see my items in stock and on Labor Day savings. Why do I have to say more?
The sheets were not super expensive, but $60 for a fitted queen sheet isn't cheap either. The sheets are too big for my deep mattress, so they're rucked up all night. They are pretty thin compared to some RL and Wamsutta sheets I've had for years. And their idea of ble sheets is greenish-blue. Their response to everything is "other customers think we're great." I'm returning the sheets, and paying shipping plus their restocking fee, so it was a pretty expensive experience, getting nothing. Live and learn

We recently moved to a new home. I purchased towels for the primary bathroom from a discount store. They were not absorbent and surprisingly took forever to dry after using them. I cut them up to use as rags. I then purchased two sets on line from a well known department store. They were a bit better but still not adequate. By the way, neither of the sets had a bath rug available in the same color. Researching online I found the Company Store. I purchased two sets and a matching bath rug. They came in a few days. They're beautiful, soft, and very absorbent. Proof that you get what you pay for. I am happy we found the Company Store.

Your website is user friendly. You have the color (mocha) bath towels I wanted and have a matching bath mat, which is hard to find. I have wasted a bit of money buying towels on line. The absorbency is terrible. I hope I will not have to return Company Store towels.

The towels are beautiful, soft and luxurious. The only issue I had was my apartment building dryer set on cool left towels damp, I will have to use medium heat.

I tend to shop regularly at the Company Store because no matter where I search, I end up here. I was looking for deep pocket sheets for my bed, which has a pillow top. I ordered two fitted sheets rather than one whole set. One worked; the other didn't. I washed them before using them. But because the second sheet worked, I will try harder to fix the problem on the first sheet. I'm too lazy to ask for a refund and I just think it's hard to find what I want for less than millions of dollars.

Sleep was much better on my $13 Walmart pillow. I received the pillow on August 26th, 2026 and have been using it for five days. I do not feel rested when I wake up. I will be returning the pillow.

1st time ordering a product through e-commerce. All went well.
The pillow was mailed in a cardboard carton that got wet with some substance and badly stained the pillow. Company Store immediately replaced the pillow, so all's well. The pillow is lovely.

I was disappointed to see that your discount on the pillow made it a few cents below the free shipping offer, so I had to order a pillow protector. That feels unfair to me.
I placed my order and had a coupon code for 20% off of a full priced item. When I checked out, the discount wouldn't apply, so I just sent a note. Within a short amount of time I had an email that they had applied the discount for that item and the money would be reimbursed onto my credit card. Easy Peasy, just like it should be.
I had a coupon for 20% off a regular priced item, of which I did purchase one. However, the coupon didn't work for it.
