Found this site because I was looking for a pool for the grandkids. Was excited with what they had to offer. Placed order on May 15 and money was taken off card. Received an order number and then a tracking number. Tracked it to someplace in. Ca where it just disappeared. FedEx won't help because tracking number was initiated in china. Company won't help because I don't have a fedex nimber. At this point I just want my money back. Not getting anywhere with that either! Stay away from this company
