We monitor reviews for authenticity
Today I checked my account with them and is says order completed and the items are shipped. I know this is not right because usually when they ship they post the shipping number. I sent them an email and still no reply.
I have placed many orders with these people so far but the last one takes more than month now and I wonder what is happening. Before when I sent email they reply immediately, now I sent them two emails and tried to call no one response to my inquires.
