Too expensive. Tray marks up too easily and you can only use soap and water to clean.
The delivery is only problem so far. One guy delivered it to my driveway. He said he wasn't allowed to go no further. I had to drag the huge boxes in myself.

Prior Berkline seating was destroyed in home fire. I shopped multiple sources before selecting Theaterstore.com.
My reasons for selecting them.
1) immediately return my phone calls
2) very descriptive re products shown on internet
3) always answer questions from the customers perspective, not the salesperson
4) great followup communications re shipping, delivery dates, post delivery
5) I choose Octane Seating. One row of three - straight configuration, 2 separate chairs. Had previously owned Berklines, which I was very satisfied with. Now having the Octanes I can offer the following
1. Better build construction
2. Attention to detail in securing lighting, wiring, reclining mechanisms
3. Great lower lumbar support
4. Better overall seating quality from headrest to seat portion, through the leg support
5. Nice control array, conveniently located, including a power outlet to recharge phones, etc.Cupholders are sturdy and not likely to crack after time.
6. Great leather quality. Perfect matching throughout various segments. Really helped to get samples initially, and compare them to final product... Perfect Match...
7. Well packaged and protected during delivery
8. Great white glove service re setup
9. Great customer service Rep, Katherine Porter, who emailed, or answered questions whenever needed

Product is excellent. Poor communication on front end with ordering the product. Too many calling me to verify my order when it should be one person. The other person didn't know I was speaking with someone else. I received 4 calls to confirm even after I confirmed.
Not happy with your delivery partner. They called and wanted to deliver the next day. When that didn't work they called back the following day, for the next day. My window was early in the day, 9-1 and the arrived at 5:30. I called several times only to be told my driver was enroute or later, stuck in traffic. Poor planning.

Chairs came on time...and were easy to put together. We love them...they are very comfortable.
I picked the octane xl 750. They are very nice, I was extremely concerned ordering seats I've never sat in before. The price was almost a thousand dollars less than the local price. Delivery was not the easiest though. The company contracted to deliver screwed me over. I wasted a vacation day as well as gave up 350 in overtime to be home for delivery. They never showed up and weren't too concerned about it. The customer service rep Katherine Porter was very concerned and made arrangements with another company to deliver my stuff a day later, as well as refunding a sizable amount of money for the error. I appreciated it very much. I was not easy to deal with yet she remained calm. I made it a challenge for sure. Thank you again, I love my chairs.
