This company presents itself as a premium supplier of Tesla accessories, but the products I received were cheap, low-quality imports from China with all-Chinese packaging and no instructions. One of the items came in a damaged box. When I requested a refund under the EU's 14-day cooling-off period, they unlawfully refused. I returned the items to the address listed on their own website, only for the parcel to be returned with a notice stating that the business does not exist at that location. They claim to be operating within Ireland but this is clearly not the case. This operation is misleading at best, and at worst appears deliberately deceptive.
