10 months in and a year of payments later, I have not received even 1 call or email from my investment let alone a new client. I own a homecare agency and advertised at the pharmacy at a local drug store. Worst $2400 in advertising I have spent.

I use to really like my campaign but now I paid for a campaign and it's not there.

I have been using Terraboost for about 3 years. They were great at the beginning, there were some issues in the beginning but no major issues.

I renewed my campaign Jan 2022 and paid a year in advanced. Around Feb 2022, I found my campaign was removed and replaced with a competitor. I had reached out to my sales rep at Terraboost and he said he would look into it. After a few months, I noticed it was still not there, I followed up and they said they would work on it. I had been in communications with them and just kept saying they were working on it.

Around late July 2022, the rep said they were changing from static campaigns to electronic campaigns. Which in my opinion is a big lost. With the static campaigns my campaign was up 25/7, with electronic campaigns, they cycle through with other advertisers. We would be paying the same amount. I said I never signed up for this but their manager, Bill Selling said they can make changes if the company chose to do so. I also had called the other advertisers on the campaigns at the same location, and they said they know nothing about their campaigns changing. Anyhow, I just wanted my campaign up. They promised it was getting installed within a couple weeks. It is now almost December 2022, nothing has been done and my campaign is still not up.

At this point, I am extremely upset, because I have been given the run around. Now, during the busiest time of the year at super markets, my campaign is not being utilized.

The product is great and definitely helped with neighborhood recognition but it definitely doesn't help if Terraboost cant even keep their promise with the product up.

I would be very cautious if you choose to hire this company. Follow ups is NOT good.

Note: if people see other reviews from me, it's because Terraboost had reached out, say they would fix it and ask me to remove my negative reviews. Terraboost really has a huge internal problem as no one seems to know what is going on.

I want a full refund. Last contact May 16th but sure have taken 619.00 out for 3 months and the set up fee. I feel that this company is taking on more business than they can handle. I don't want to hear its because of Covid because i am so tired of everyone using this excuse. Pick up the phone and call your clients... Over it and i don't want to work with a company like this. If you are to busy hire more people, God knows there are a lot of people needing jobs. By the time they get the stands out Covid will be a thing of the past> WORSE COMPANY EVER. I am stopping the payments on my discover card, They never have a problem taking the payment... Full Refund is expected!

I was contacted given the information and provided the timeline which was reasonable. I uploaded my head shot and QR code. Looking forward to the next step and seeing my advertisement in my local store soon. My first awareness of Terraboost was by a representative who was concise and able to catch my attention within the first minute of the call. For that reason I did not hang up on him and ultimately purchased the service. Since my decision each step of the process has been amazing. I look forward to seeing my sanitizer booth on display in my local store. Great job team!

Our practice has been working with Thomas G. Miller to manage our kiosks in multiple local stores. He's been super quick to answer all of our questions with detailed information. He went out of his way to work with our budget and was able to score us a discount so we could add multiple kiosks to our plan with added benefits. Tom is the man! Thank you Tom!

I am closing in on my 6 month contract. Terraboost has provided the service and product that it promised.

I think a kiosk in a major retailer is an excellent idea for getting your brand high exposure. I found the team easy to work with while getting the artwork designed and the end result is very professional. My representative, Ryan, is also very helpful.

This so call advertising company should be illegal! They are just the worse! I have never felt so cheated in my life like I did with this people! Never fall for that contract! They will make you sign minimum a $15,000 contract ( like they did to me! They will make sure they call you very nice and polite to have you approve the art-work so that you are locked into a contract! And then… you never hear from them again! They don't respond your phone calls because they get the half of the money up front and copy of your credit card!
Please do not make the mistake I and many others have made!
