I give Terraboost 5 Stars for their review because my advertising campaign was hit hard(!) with COVID! When COVID closed everything down, my advertising dollars felt wasted. However, when I spoke with my Terraboost Rep, I was given an extension to ensure that my contracted exposure was maximized. I appreciate that they were willing to partner with me for a satisfactory result in an unfortunate time.

We have been very happy with our kiosks with sanitizer dispenser at our local grocery store. So much so that we renew year after year. Who would have thought that especially during the last year that the importance of hand sanitizing would become essential to EveryBody! The exposure that we receive is evident by the clients and customers that mention that they "Saw us at the store!". We have always found the team at Terraboost Media to be responsive and patient as we sometimes overthink our advertising and they keep us right on track! I received an onboarding call with Danny and it went well. The only issue I have was that I submitted the artwork design and nobody was aware. Danny was going to followup with the art department.

The company is great to work with and the customer service is outstanding however I wish they had a little
More leverage in implementing cleaning standards for the kiosks. One of the stores we are in we have to go and wipe at least once a week because the store doesn't care. They just have a hideous ziplock looking plastic bag with wipes and a bottle of sanitizer. Looks horrible on our brand image.

I paid for a Kiosk in May, 2020 (PAID IN FULL, UP FRONT) then, had dozens of emails and phone calls between SEVERAL Terraboost employees who had NO IDEA what they were doing or saying. My Kiosk didn't get installed until November of 2020 because of the abundant Incompetence of just about every employee. It was like I was a Hamster in the wheel going nowhere. When it came time to renew for 2021 ANY reputable business would've given me a large reduction in price. There was no way they could've forgotten my experience. I still have dozens of emails sent i the 2020 transaction should anyone want to read them before making a commitment. I did receive a small discount, very small indeed. The only reason I renewed is COVID is real. I can't stress enough Terraboost is the most unprofessional companies I've EVER done business with!
