I ordered a custom vinyl rug from Tenstickers, and the product arrived damaged — scratched by staples used during packaging — and with the design oriented in an unexpected way. I contacted customer service immediately, but they refused to take responsibility, claiming the damage couldn't have happened before delivery and that the design orientation was clear on their website (it wasn't). Despite my efforts to resolve the matter amicably, the company refused both a free replacement and a refund. I even cited EU consumer protection laws, but their response remained dismissive and rigid. I have now submitted a complaint to the European Consumer Centre. This was a frustrating experience with poor after-sales support. I would not recommend this company.
