I evacuated my home onSep 8 and package had not been delivered before I left. Based on reported damage due to winds and flooding I doubt I will find your package when I return after the storm. Shirt was described as athletic fit. When I received this Nike tennis shirt, Nike tag had "slim fit"! It was very tight & fit very poorly. At 6' 1", 230, I can't wear a slim fit!

First they cancelled my order and couldn't replace it. By the time I went in to do so myself, one of the items was no longer available. The second order they called just to verify. Luckily I answered and gave them my go-ahead. I guess they're more worried about protecting themselves from fraud than customer service for the real customers.

These shorts are great! The legs aren't too wide if you have skinnier legs. Loved the built in underwear for hot days.

Ordered a racket right during Harvey, didn't know if it would get delivered on time but was and only one day late. Great service.

Have ordered mutiple times from TennisExpress and have always been satisfied. TE is based in Houston, and Hurricaine Harvey may have caused some delays with my most recent order and perhaps also with other customers' orders. I'm sure that this is an isolated event and one for which I am more than willing to be forgiving! BTW, I also like the discounts that they send me for being a repeat customer!

I have not received the order. I ordered this shirt and then ordered another one later that day for a friend. I have not received either of the shirts.

Wasn't really thinking that Tennis Express was located in Houston. They filled my order and it was delivered on time. Amazing

The Shadow 4.0 is my favorite workout and warm weather hat. The fabric ventilated well and the built-in sweat band keeps sweats from getting into your eyes. I rinse it at the end of the day and it's fresh and ready the next morning. Highly recommended.

I like shopping at Tennis Express because of the large selection of products they carry, including the brands like. Their customer service is also second to none.

Received both pair within a week (a couple of days delayed most probably due to flood). Exactly what I ordered and identical to website description. Thank You!

I ordered two pairs of shoes in size 10 and got one pair in 10 and one pair in size 12. Not happy. I do not want to pay for the return shipping when tennis express messed up my order. I paid extra to have them shipped quickly and they came late.

Service and delivery were good, but the tennis shoes (Asics) did not fit. Too narrow. So I had to return the shoes, but it cost $11.50 to return. Expensive way to try shoes. Makes me think twice about ordering shoes on line. Although I have done it 3 times before with Tennisexpress and it worked out fine. Shoes must fit to be a good deal.

Very easy online ordering. Quick delivery. I would definitely recommend this site. Prices were competitive with what I found on other sites.

I paid for extra for the express shipping and received the items 4 days later. I emailed customer service to get a refund on the shipping cost and I never heard from anyone. Will never purchase from them again.
