Unfair Referral Balance Restriction & Unresolved Support Escalation
September 3, 2026
Temu is preventing me from using my earned referral balance of 21.97 JOD (earned after inviting 23 active users) by placing an unfair and arbitrary minimum order threshold of 47 JOD.
My case was supposedly escalated under Senior Escalation Ticket: #**************, yet live support keeps transferring me from one agent to another with scripted canned responses and zero actual resolution.
I demand either an immediate 25.03 JOD credit adjustment to cover the unfair gap or the complete removal of this restriction from my account. Deceptive practices like this need to stop!
