The process was quick and easy. I've used the chat twice and both times were excellent experiences. Thanks for making it so easy to order! Everything was very good. The only issue I had was the shirt was really big for a size Large. It seems like the shirts are men sizes and either it wasn't communicated well on the page or I overlooked the sizing and should have ordered a Medium. I just wanted to make sure I didn't buy smaller since the shirt couldn't be returned. Still a great purchase and the teacher LOVED it!
