The order I placed on November 23rd arrived on 12/7. The order was very neatly folded in the box. THANK YOU for that.
I also received the last item from order#*******-C on Thursday 12/6. I ordered it on 11/3 during your open house promotion. I was charged full price for all item and my $15 store credit wasn't applied. I contacted your company and was issued a credit for my $15 store credit and $5.99 open house discount. Ok that i thought was for the items I had already received. The last item was on sale during the open house for at least $7 or more and thought it's price would be adjusted when the item finally shipped. WRONG I was charged the full price of $29.99. How do I need to go about getting this issue resolved?
