I have been a long time customer for teefury and I love there support of the artists and the shirts are usually a good quality but my last order may just be my last one in general. In past experience, the processing and the shipping of my orders has usually taken at least a month so that was expected but the customs fees I was expected to pay when it arrived shocked me. I have never had to pay customs on any of my previous orders, and this wasn't even a big one. My friend who lives a few streets away and previously has gotten an order recently did not get charged for it and never has before. I contacted them to see if this was a change recent but received no helpful information. I was sadly disappointed but it is how things go I suppose.

I have to start by saying I have dozens of TeeFury shirts! I always loved them!
I'm a size medium shirt (33 inch underbust) but always but L or XL for the comfy factor and because have a larger bust (38 overbust) and am tall (5'9"), so I like how they fit for length and on my upper torso.
I recently bought "Anybody Want a Peanut" shirt in XL and it was very fitted (like a medium would be) and it barely fit over my chest.
I contacted customer support and they asked me to take photo of the measurements along with a size chart.
My XL shirt that was supposed to be 28 inches long and 17.25 wide was 27 length and just barely over 16 wide.
I sent along the photos and was told "that is not considered a misprint, but we'll give you a new one anyway.".
My problem is, if that's not considered mislabelled, why would I want another one that could potentially be the same, smaller size? And why is TeeFury allowing an inch or more smaller on each measurement to be considered passable?
People order certain sizes for a reason. The shirt is very tight around my bust and not at all comfortable to wear. I'm bummed because I still haven't received a reply to my last email, asking whether I would receive a true XL if I opt to get another shirt.
I would hate to think about women who have larger than a 33 inch underbust, ordering an XL and feeling absolutely awful about themselves.
Come on, guys. You're so much better than this. All my old shirts are swimming on me, so I know your XL's (and even L) is much bigger than what I received. :(

Shipping was fast, packaging was good. The quality of the pins themselves are awesome and I love how they are numbered. I am super disappointed they both have rubber backs and the posts don't have notches to add our own metal clutch backing to make them more secure. They fall out just as easy with metal backs as they do the rubber ones because if that. I've already had two fall off my bag and I hate the idea that I would need to glue them to feel safe adding them back on so don't randomly fall off out of the house without my noticing.
