Horrible service. Called and left voicemail, sent email and facebook messaged company. Still no response. It's been a week and nothing. Website is a scam. They need to remove this webpage from anyone else getting ripped off. Save you time, money and effort for a company that's true to its customers.

Complete scam
December 10, 2016

When ordered a sweater I was informed it was instock also received an email saying it would be delivered within 7-10days. 15 days later and it's still not even been shipped. Contacted the website and was told a load it's on the final production stages. I wish I read the reviews before ordering! How this company is allowed to trade is beyond me. Don't buy from this site!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT'S CHEAP, IT'S UGLY, IT'S TERRIBLE, IT DOESN'T ARRIVE FOREVER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD. YOU CAN'T RETURN IT. LITERALLY ALL THE BAD THINGS ROLLED INTO ONE.

Amazon.com's middle man

So I'm not sure whether or not to be happy or angry about my order.
I ordered 2 sweaters on November 10th, 2016.
Two weeks later I still hadn't heard news of my order. I contacted them and was told that they were "in the final stages of procurement" and would let me know when my order had shipped. The next day I received a box from Amazon.com - it was one of the two sweaters. Great quality, absolutely love it... except that it sells on Amazon for $30, and I paid $60. Didn't think to order it from Amazon.com, as I live in Canada, and Amazon.ca doesn't sell this product.

The second sweater still has not arrived (today is December 9), but I received a shipping update that it in en route with USPS. Fingers crossed?

If you don't mind paying double for the same thing you could get from a more reliable site, then HolidayFury is the place for you.

Rip Off

My 15 year old son purchased a Christmas sweater with his own money all on his own. He was so excited when he told me. He ordered it at least four weeks ago for a special Christmas party on Sunday December 11. I have emailed and called several times and have no answer on when the sweater will arrive. They just say before festivities. Who's festivities. This is a scam to take your money and do nothing. Report this company to better business bureau or the federal consumer hotline. I am going to. If you are in New York call the local offices. They are located on west 92nd street somewhere.

Don't buy!

Awful company. Doesn't respond to emails or chats. Ordered on 11/21, still not shipped. Last I heard from the company over a week ago was that my shirt was in production. Still haven't even gotten a shipping email. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a sweater October 25. Received wrong one on Nov 8... contacted company to send new one... they said they would prioritize the order... continued to give me run around and even stopped responding to my emails 6 days ago. Just awful.

Took over 4 weeks to get the sweaters. You cannot get a refund once you order. You may be able to get one with a return. The sweater is more of a sweatshirt jersey than a sweater. Quality is not horrible, but for $50 you are definitely paying for the novelty. Only order if you have plenty of time before you need it.

I should've read the reviews before I ordered from this "company!" The communication is horrible. It takes days to respond to emails. My sweater was supposed to ship in 3-5 days - it took 9! The worst part is, when it finally got here, the XL fit my like a M! I compared it to another XL sweater of mine and this one can fit inside it. When I asked them if I could return it and either get a refund or swap it for another size, they said no. They also told me that there's a sizing chart on their site to make sure I order the right size. I know what size I wear! It's not my fault there crap runs super super small. Complete waste of $56! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIP-OFF!
The picture below shows the GNR sweater that's supposed to be an XL. The sweater underneath it is an actual XL.

Got see a movie instead

I had attempted to order a sweater from Holiday Fury with no luck. Trump has a better chance at making America great again than for you to receive your sweater from this hack company. Don't waste your time or dollars go see a movie it's a better investment.

Ordered weeks ago. Haven't received anything. It was a $58 sweater that they collected on 3 days after the order. They won't respond to their "customer service" chat or to email. I am contacting the Attorney General. Do not use this site.

Do Not Waste Your Money

Piece of junk polyester thing I received in the mail doesn't even loosely represent a "sweater." Took almost a month to receive this pile of crap they call a sweater that I paid $51 for. Their margins must be tremendous, because if I saw this in a store at retail I would not pay more than $10 for what I received. This is something akin to what you would buy on the clearance rack at Wal Mart. Complete sham.

This place is a goddamn nightmare. An order was placed in error and I immediately, within seconds, emailed them to cancel and get a refund. I was contacted right away and told that they "don't do refund but I can get store credit", which should be $#*!ing illegal. I need that cash for bills and rent, and have been emailing back and forth the last 48 hours. Hopefully PayPal will honor my claim and stop the payment. $#*! these people. ALWAYS READ REVIEWS FIRST

This company is a complete scam. Takes over a month to get the items (even thought they claim there is stock). When k noticed 3 weeks had passed and they still hasn't produced my sweaters I asked for a refund and they refused to refund the money.
This company is a complete scam.

Order a sweater >3 weeks ago. When I asked status was told it was in production and they would notify me when it shipped. Told them I needed the sweater by December 10th and if they couldn't deliver that I wanted the order cancelled and money refunded. 2 Days now and still no response. Don't order anything from this company they are terrible.

Terrible, slow service

I ordered 2 sweaters, both 5 minutes apart. I was told it would take 7-10 business days for the orders to process and ship. One of my sweaters was shipped 18 days after the order was placed and my second sweater still has not shipped, now 20 days since I ordered. Not one single customer service rep could tell me when they would be shipped. I have sent multiple emails, chats through their online service, and their facebook account - all left unanswered.

Waited 3 weeks bought 2 of them and didnt get my 15% discount havent got my other one yet and this one is a cheap $#*! polyester material nothing you would ever wear in cold weather. Plus the stitching on the neck and shoulders was done by what seems like a 3 year old. Do not waste your money!

Do NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, unless you like wearing cheap polyester looking stuff. And not even the cute polyester of the 70's but horrible stuff.
Plus, they take forever to ship out. When I asked for a refund/return, they told me they don't do returns.
Long story short, now we're having to get the credit card company and the BBB involved. Not fun. Just stay away.

Order a piece for chrismess in the begining of nov after 3 weeks was wondering where is my order the answer was that it will take 12 weeks for it to arrive when i ask for a refund the answer was that i cant get it becouse there canceltion policy its 24 hrs. Lucky i paid with paypal and will get a full refund. Dont shop there
