My gf really loves elephants and she had liked this picture from teechip on Facebook. I took it upon myself to order it for her for a surprise. Only plus was I ordered it through paypal...

1st off it almost looked like a canvas style poster/painting with bright, vibrant colors. What I got was a rolled up poster with what looks like a picture of the poster printed out enlarged. So it's all stretched, distorted, and blurry.

So basically what this company does is robs not only you, but artists' works by photocopying them and reprinting them...

The Limited Edition part is them robbing you for a Limited Time.

I already got my refund hassle free from PayPal.

I ordered a sweatshirt for a March with my state on it - they sent the item with the wrong state. I sent it back - priority mail with a tracking number. They want a picture of the item - mistakes don't count - there actually has to be a FLAWED item. They know i already sent it back. Tracking number shows it was delivered and accepted by an INDIVIDUAL. They are making money hand over fist - even though they are not delivering actual product ordered and that is not considered a FLAWED item. In other words - unless they get a photo and they AGREE it is FLAWED - no refund. They are after individuals who see an item - that makes a statement they agree with with or an event they are involved in and appeal to buyer with that type of merchandise - BUT - i have yet to hear of anyone actually getting a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - find other retailer that will provide similar merchandise. Contact the event and let them know how we are being taken advantage of by TeeChip and are being ripped off - i don't think $40-$50 is chump change - that is a lot of money to spend and not get the correct item or a refund. Spread the word on Facebook. Contact the Better Business Bureau- which i am doing.

We ordered a coffee cup with printing on it. It is a joke themed cup about Breaking Bad and the poor pay of teachers. The printing Teechip used is dull brown against black although the sample showed bright gold-yellow on black (who prints dark brown over black?). Obviously, it can barely be read. So, now our way overpriced coffee cup looks idiotic - with no legible caption - nothing but a cartoon of Walter White in his underwear. We have sent descriptions and then photos and asked for a reprint or refund, they simply keep telling us to send another photo (acting like we have not sent one!). We can get nowhere with them, they are clearly giving us the run-around. Reading all these horrible reviews, I see why. Scam artists! Thieves! We will have to reverse the charge through our credit card company. Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service! Horrid company. Please take warning!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are the worst online business for selling items of any thing. If you are lucky and you do get your order, like myself, they printed the stuff on the wrong side of the t shirt and the hoodie.

Who prints Angel Wings on the front of things? Especially clothes? It's looks ridiculous. When I tried to file a claim they denied it. I sent pictures of their advertising they still denied my claim. I sent a reply requesting their address to send them back the $#*! they sent me, I don't want it.

I paid for a Leonard Cohen T shirt in late 2016 and never got it. Teechip never replied to any attempt to contact them until I involved paypal for a refund nearly 3 months later. Then they told me that they wouldn't even consider a refund until I cancelled the paypal dispute. I didn't and got my refund from paypal. Then the day after the refund was made, Teechip had the nerve to send a mail saying they could no longer help me. No Longer? They did NOTHING! A bunch of scamming criminals

I ordered a 2XL hoodie for a big, tall guy and spent over $40 for it. They claim to use the Gilden brand. Since I have ordered size 2XL Gildens hoodies in the past, I felt confident in this sizing. Well, I think they buy knock off Gildens from China because this sweatshirt was 3-4 sizes off! It looks like a woman's size large! Tried calling them today but got no where. BUYER BEWARE, read all their reviews and stay far away. My credit card company will handle this one and they will also pay the charge back.

I needed to make a correction to my shipping address - immediately after I'd placed the order. I emailed 4 times and called 5 times - they do not answer the phone and even though they say they respond to emails in 12-24 hours, they do not. When the order shipped there was a link to correct the address. I used it, but it still was delivered to the wrong address. I am still trying to get in touch. Thank goodness my credit card company is giving me a credit.

I won't do business with them again.
