Tee Chip is a total fraud! They take small copyrighted images and blow them up into large scale prints and claim they are high quality. Then when you complain, they say the pixelation is intentional. I am so angry right now and trying to find mulitple places to report this company. They refuse to give me a refund and the phone rings and rings, then someone hangs up the call. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It is such a scam and the products are forsale all over Facebook. This world is so screwed up!

I bought t-shirts for Christmas and had to have one redone because the image was off-center and crooked. I recently bought a bat poster and the image isn't clear at all. Looks like it was enlarged too much and it is now blurry. I complained and was told there would be no refund or reprint because the image was as advertised. Well, it is hard to tell from a little picture on the screen to what a poster sized image will look like. Hard to give as a gift when I am not happy with the quality.

On the fence because they don't respond to e-mails or update your tracking info regularly. But I finally did receive my T-shirt about 3 weeks after I ordered it and we we're pleased with it. The size does run small but it was for my daughter so she liked it. The only problem is it takes to long to get product and they don't follow up with e-mails, so I did think I was getting scammed and the shirt just showed up. I don't think I'll order from them again. Maybe if they had better customer service it would be different.

I don't recommend ordering from TeeChip if you live overseas. I live in Europe and ordered a T-shirt in early Feb. Their email confirmed it could take 3-4 weeks for delivery, around March 5. However, it arrived 6 weeks later due to a glitch somewhere in this city's postal service because of a bureaucratic rule which i won't bore you with. The major frustration came when the carrier company (DHL) tracking notified me that it was 'successfully delivered' on March 16. But there was no sign of a package at my door. I phoned TeeChip but there was no way to speak to an actual human being. It's a circular "leave a message/send us an email" blah blah blah. A customer should not have to hunt the city for their order. I then contacted my local post office & the local DHL but the i.d. numbers given weren't useful to them. Finally - after 6 weeks - a representative from TeeChip has emailed me, It seems they've sent a 2nd shirt. But all i wanted was to speak to someone. They've given the same phone number, writing "We are currently upgrading our phone system to better serve you. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific date when this will complete."

I ordered a poster from them and while I did receive it, it looked as though someone had taken a 4X6 photo and attempted to blow it up to a 24X36 poster. Terrible quality. I should've listened to the reviews. Over a month period, I attempted to contact their customer service department. I tried by email, by telephone, by chat on their website and there was no way to speak with or contact anyone. Luckily, I purchased this poster through PayPal and after setting up a claim with PayPal & their people also being unable to get teechip to respond, I was able to get my money back minus shipping costs. I also learned recently that they steal images, art, etc. from others and use them to make their products. Do not buy anything from this company!

Ordered a hoodie and a T-shirt because the profits will be donated to a charity I wanted to support. Received an order close date of Feb 5 2017... it is now MARCH 16 2017 and I haven't received as much as a door knocker from whatever postal service they shipped it with (If they ever shipped it at ALL). I Called DHL with my tracking numbers and DHL said they did not pay to have "extended tracking" and once the package was received in Canada, DHL has no idea where it went? Customer service number on the website does not work and hangs up on you after a robotic system leads you through a maze of different options, all ending with no person ever answering and the system hanging up on you. Imagine my surprise when I went to their reviews and there wasn't a single positive one. These people running this company are a special kind of scum and should not be operating a business... especially one with with any ties to charity or good intentioned, money raising campaigns. Shame on you TEE CHIP! I would have donated the money directly to the charity if I was smart enough to see your reviews before being dumb enough to trust you would send me what I paid for. I will be telling every person through my different social media outlets about you and your slimy tactics. I hope Karma catches up with you big time!
