I have ordered from this company many times without problems. T shirts were acceptable and sizes correct. This order not so. Customer service keeps good customers returning to your company. Multiple attempts to correct this error has been addressed based on information that was provided by company website without response. If no response soon, my business can go elsewhere. Thank you.
I'm always afraid of buying things on the internet. I'm also concerned they'll end up being cheap or I'll have been scammed. I ordered a shirt for my husband, who loves to BBQ. When it arrived, the colors were vibrant and the shirt looked great. The fit was perfect as well. Pleased with this purchase.
I ordered a xl shirt going off the website size chart well it came n it's basically a 4x it's huge I tried contacting teechip in more ways than one to ask for either exchange or money back n the never contacted me n they don't have a telephone number to call.

Tshirt advertised on facebook as a support to the national parks with the logo "RESIST" against Trump cutting funds for National Parks support. T shirt came one month late and of the crappiest quality. But most of all my money did not go to back to the national parks but some $#*!'s pocket.
I had ordered a tee shirt for my toddler that said "I'm Your Father's Day Gift... Mommy Says You're Welcome" 20 days in advance of Father's Day, from a sponsored post on Facebook/Instagram. The TeeChip website says that orders are delivered within 5-10 business days, so I figured even with the maximum time for delivery, it would arrive in time. TeeChip didn't ship out the shirt for more than two weeks following (past the 10 business day timeframe it was quoted to arrive), and the shirt arrived after Father's Day, rendering it pretty useless (I can't even use this next year due to sizing issues). The customer service team was entirely unhelpful, instead practically robotic in their answers, not addressing the issue. After several back and forth communications where they did not seem to care or ever directly address it beyond "we're sorry for your frustration," they refused to process a return, so I'm stuck with it. In addition, the shirt is cheaply made, stiff, and not the quality I would have expected. I would not recommend ordering from this company whatsoever, as its product, customer service, and follow-through is subpar.
Loved the item and it came before estimated delivery date it was the correct size color and over all just an awesome product will deffinatly order more in the future

I ordered Father's day t-shirts on June 1st, (over two weeks before I needed the shirts). The t-shirts did not arrive until after Father's Day, Monday June 18th. I had contacted the company the prior to Father's Day concerned and they reassured me that they package was on its way. I contacted them again after the fact, and they told me that it was ineligible for refund.
I ordered my daughters grandfather the papa shirt advertised on social media. I select XL. The shirt arrives as a YOUTH size XL. For $30. A youth size PAPA tee. Needless to say I could not gift the shirt on Fathers Day. The company has basically told me oh well and has not offered any solutions. I will not be ordering from this company again.
I paid almost $30 for the Fa-Thor t-shirt. My kids were super excited to give it to my husband for Fathers Day. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive. It is the cheapest t-shirt I have ever purchased. It is a crummy Fruit of the Loom shirt! Are you kidding me?! I washed it once to see how much it was going to shrink (not much) and you can already see through the printing. The shirt is very cute but I would never recommend it and am very unhappy with the purchase.
I ordered 2 Father Day shirts on 5/25. I contacted them on 6/12 asking for a refund because I will not get them on time and they refused and I still dont have the shirts. I think this company is a scam. BEWARE! They will take your money, promise you a 5-10 business days for your order and then never send you the product.

I ordered 2 shirts for father's day 11 business days before father's day weekend... they said it takes 5-10 business days to arrive. Well it's 10 days and it still hasn't shipped. Since it hasn't shipped I asked them to just cancel my order because I don't need the shirts now because it won't be here before father's day and the shirts won't fit my kids next year since they are babies and babies grow fast. The company could easily sell the shirts next year but they refuse to refund me back. So I spent $60 on shirts my kids will never wear. I think thats horrible customer service! Never again!
Received my package yesterday after ordering quite some time ago. The balled up tee which is full of wrinkles (my son asked how much I paid for the wrinkles!) has the wrong decal on it! Fathers Day is Sunday and the only contact info I could find was email. The fabric is thin and awful. Im so upset and ANGRY! I will never purchase from this company again.
The sole issue I have with the products is a mild vinegary scent that is from the print ink they use. Otherwise the product itself is exactly as described and arrived quickly.
While this is the second shirt I have bought from this company and the first that I have anything but rave reviews. The printing was rather gunky, spotty in places and not in the places it should have been. The shirt itself is wonderful..

Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
