I have pretty much the same review as John B.

These guys somehow got in contact with my grandma and used scare tactics and lying to convince her that they were Norton Support and that her computer was at risk/infected. For anyone thinking of utilizing these guys keep in mind they may be a legitimate business but they are bottom of the barrel scum who prey on the less than technical to steal their money. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Harry was very professional and kept me at ease while he was fixing the problems and informed me about all the problems and fixed everything. He was very informative. And I would like to recommend your service to other people who have any technical issues.

Our technician was very helpful and explained everything in understandable terms along the way so I understood.

The Technician were knowledgeable, and they were patient. They were technically very sound and they were confident in what they were doing.

They are lucky I was with my mother and father when they nearly installed their bullsh**. This so called company pretends they're partnered with Norton or will end up as a pop-up ad on your screen--telling you your phone/computer has viruses and/or needs protection. IT IS ALL A LIE. They will have you install an app to get remote access to your phone or laptop and from there...you are screwed...and thats AFTER you've spent up to 300 dollars on their bullsh** fake anti-virus crap.

DO NOT CALL THEM, DO NOT TAKE CALLS FROM THEM, AND DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR CRAP. IF YOU HAVE, CALL YOUR BANK RIGHT NOW AND UNINSTALL ALL THEIR CRAP FROM YOUR DEVICES.

TECHDRIVE ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS AND THIEVES. Everything positive you see about them via Google search is faked or written by them. It is all a lie. Do not fall for it please. They are seeking out elderly people who do not know any better.

I want to compliment the Technicians they were superb, they were really good. EchDrive Support is a legitimate company that provides customer service to help people with their Technical Issues. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. Outstanding support.

He did and excellent job and he was very professional. He was easy to understand and very clear in his instruction so i can follow. He was very knowledgeable.

I got scammed by this company TechDrive Support Inc. I was looking for norton and somehow i got connected with these scammers who pretend to be norton customer services. I asked multiple times is this norton the agent said yes. After i got charge by these scammer i got know they have no affiliation with norton and i got scammed. I already stopped the payment.

Stephen was very clear in his instructions and that was very helpful. Tech was very professional and patient.
