I ordered a black pair of Nike Zoom and many weeks later received a fake pair of blue and red Nike shoes. I immediately sent an email and told them the had sent the wrong shoes. They said it was too difficult to return them so I should keep them and choose something else from their site at 65% Of the cost. There is nothing else I want from this site so I asked for a refund but now they are not returning my messages. I believed that this was a UK site when I ordered the shoes, but when the payment went through it was to a Chinese company which was confirmed when the (wrong) shoes arrived from China. Also, the shoes were advertised on the site for A$105 + A$33 postage. When the payment went through it was for A$159. Now I have a fake pair of very unattractive shoes that I will never wear and A$159 out of pocket.
