I ordered a coat 38 days ago and still not delivered! I emailed customers service 2 times and I got no answer! What is going on?
I purchased a dress from TBdress and every time I wear it, I get lots of compliments. I have passed the website around to my friends and they are all happy as well.
The important thing is to size yourself based on the provided size charts. In some dresses I am a L and others an XL, but they have all fit based on ordering by the measurement chart.
Back in July, I ordered a dress. It took over a month to arrive. The dress was nice, good quality fabric but unfortunately it did not fit me very well so I sent it back following the instructions they gave me regarding the return parcel. Since then, they do not keep in touch with me, I have to do it. They keep asking me for the tracking details, so I send those details and the answer I get: please could you send us the tracking details. It's been 4 month now that every time I send those details, they ask me for the details! 3 options here, they are stupid, they can not read but I think they are just a bunch of incompetent retailer but competent thieves.
DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS WEBSITE!
