I order item from tbdress and they sent me the wrong item and I contact the customer service tell they that they sent me the wrong item and they tell tell me that the item is correct and I tell them that it is not correct. They are not listen to me. I want the item I order. I am very unhappy with them.
I am very disappointed with my dress. Although customer service was nice and polite and they answer me in the beginning before receiving my dress, but when i receive it the dress is so ugly. Colour is so bright and ugly and the material is tulle not organza. It seems like a very cheap dress. I read many negative review about tbdress but I already bought a good dress from them before... so I neglected all the negative review about the site and ordered my engagement dress but the dress is a horrible. Nothing as its look in the picture. I am so sad for that I will not be able to wear it on my engagement...
I send many message to customer service they keep asking for more picture and no answer about refund... and that also what i heard before...
