My dress was so much better in person than on the site. I asked for the dress to be shorter due to my height. No questions asked. No extra charges and they got it perfect. The quality was definitely worth what the value listed was. I will definitely go back!
I needed a yellow chiffon shirt for an event that I'm a part of. I found the perfect shade of yellow for the event and it fits great- I'm generally a Medium and a Medium fit perfectly.

I ordered the Sexy Lace Up Criss Cross Hollow One Piece Swimsuit and I LOVE IT! I was very hesitant to order because of the price. I thought the swimsuit would be thin, see through and cheap looking. WRONG! It is made very well and fits well too! I so happy I ordered! I'm going to order a few more styles!

I received the following message from tbdress regarding the refund for a dress that wanted to return. I would like to reiterate that it is extremely hard to get an address to return the item to, and then tbdress decides how much of a refund you will get. They offered me 85% - not good enough for me so I posted the first update. Since then I received the following message from tbdress, "I have consulted our financial department, and have been told that we are in our boom season right now, everyday numerous payments and reimbursements are waiting to be processed, and normally large amounts will be processed in priority. I sincerely want you to get the refund as soon as possible, so I have talked with our manager, and our manager agrees to let our financial department to refund you 90% of your payment(133USD) in priority if you could kindly help us make your view on jabber disappear. I have already informed our financial department, and they will immediately issue the refund for you once you have made your view disappear." You can see that I did not withdraw my review from this sight and would have forfeited my refund just to let everyone know what scammers they are.

I was pleased with the heels I bought because they look like in the pictures.
I have tiny feet (size 5) so if you have tiny feet and ankle like me, I recommend you buy those heels they look very pretty.

I had given TBdress a poor review a few weeks ago. Since then I have received 4 emails from a guy called Aaron asking me for an ID. I gave him what the site gave me in all their email communication with me. Apparently they could not locate my order and cannot track it. My credit card has been deducted. So I am wondering if
1. TBdress really has a problem with tracking their orders
2. Their back office support is not working
3. Or it is just a game.
Readers, what do you think? I am getting more upset by the exchanges of email with TBdress. They appear to have no sincerity to help me out on the return. However because of the bad rating I have given them on Sitejabber, (read by 8000 already) TBdress wants to appear to be trying to resolve the problem. Am really cheesed off by the situation.

Orders are easy to place and a wide variety of dresses.
I ussualy wear size between M and L, but this M was very small... Quality is good.
