I ordered a dress for my daughter. The dress in the picture was cute and well made. However, the dress we received was not at all like the picture. The skirt instead of sequins has white glitter glue dots all over it. I have attached pictures. Do not have enough time to order another or money to get one. I will never order from this site again. Picture in red is what we got, and the picture in pink is what they advertised.

Internet rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Fake 5 star reviews being written! The size will be wrong, won't fit you, and they WILL NOT REFUND. Your purchase! Stay away! Buyer beware! Nothing but a bunch if crooked Chinks!

SO MANY things wrong with this site! I ordered a winter coat on this site but not know my coat would be coming from China so it took about 3 weeks to receive in the mail. I was a little worried because I got absolutely no confirmation email after I made the order. The website led me to a BLANK page when I tried to track my order. Customer service was slow and I received no response when I emailed them the FIRST time. Once I finally got my coat, I ordered a medium and the arms were at least 10 inches too short and I could barely button it up. Now I am not a big person so clearly the sizing isn't correct. When I contacted the website to find a way to return the coat, they told me because I received the size I ordered, I would not be able to return the coat. Now I am stuck with a $50 coat that I will never be able to wear. I do not recommend this website to anyone.

I live in the Netherlands, so my english isn't very good;-) Well... i did order a coat at TBDress and payed. But "the site" said i did not pay. That it wasn't succesfull. But my bankaccount tells me i did pay! I'm now very scared that i am framed. I've send a email to TBDress, but i have no respons yet. I hope it's not a fake site. I don't think so, but what have gone wrong then? I am scared that i don't get that nice coat and i've lost my money:-( They can react very quickly on this site, but not on my email... I will try to get my money back from the bank.

Don't know what to rate this. I evidently placed an order here. Tried several times and it never showed it going through. The money did come out of my account but never got a account number or confirmation or nothing. Could you please contact me at *******@yahoo.com So I could know if I been ripped off or not your reviews aren''t that great. I still show stuff in my cart and theres no record of a order.

To be honest, if I had a choice of giving no stars I would have. I brought a bracelet it turned out to be plastic ( I wish I didn't throw it in the bin so I could take a picture). I was peeved. I brought a two piece suit. The suit looked like my 9 year old made it. It had threads sticking out of it and looked really cheap. I brought a black jacket and it looked like someone who was drunk cut the pattern out. It was such a waste of money, I can't tell you how disappointed I am. On the plus side I brought some shoes and they were exactly as shown on the website. Besides ordering shoes (and that's out of desperation) I will never order from this company in this life or the next life. Ps. I do question whether ALL the good reviews are real. Do not waste your money!

I ordered 4 dresses and 2 were damaged beyond repair. (quality on all of them are subpar) I sent pictures to TB Dress asking for a refund. They told me I have to pay for the return shipment. I told them I don't think I have to pay for the shipment when products are damaged, but they kept on telling me I had to. I gave up after emailing back and forth for 4 times. I told them I don't need the money back but I will write reviews how they handled the issue. Trust me, don't buy from them. You will regret it.

I just received my wedding dress today. I have been waiting in excitement and when it arrived my big long dress was stuff into a small very small bag like 10x 12. It is very very wrinkly and my petticoat is not with it. They never sent half my order I'm missing my petticoat. My dress will not look right with out it. I asked the driver if he had another package and he said no. I checked again and saw it had 2 tracking numbers on that one small bag. My petticoat is really puffy no way would it fit in with that dress so where is it. I still have no idea I tried calling costumer service none of there numbers are working ones. I sent so many emails no response back and no I'm hoping they read this and fix it fast because my wedding is in 3 weeks. I don't have time for reordering from some where else plus I already paid for it.
