I ordered a wedding dress for my daughter. It was too small, and the bead design on the front of the dress was not symmetrical. I emailed the company two days after receiving the dress, and they said they would respond within 24 hours. It has now been four days and I haven't heard a word from them. I tried to open a dispute and I was unable to do that. I sent an email with pictures of the problems with the dress. This company needs to be investigated. IT IS HORRIBLE and NOBODY should trust this company!

In March, I decided to take a chance and order an outfit for my daughter's wedding. The promised arrival date of the outfit was April 10. I ordered expecting the outfit to arrive on or close to the 10th. On April 18, I had a 9 day vacation planned. My order still had not arrived. The package finally arrived on April 19, the day after I left on vacation. When I returned, I immediately tried on the outfit and found that it was WAY too small. I ordered the size that I always purchase and wear without any problem. My mother who is 3 women's sizes smaller than I am could not wear the outfit as it was too small for her too! The true American sizing of the outfit was a size 0. I immediately contacted the company to return the item. Their response was that it was one day past the refund date (7 days) so they would not refund or exchange the item. I pointed out that the only reason I was unable to return the item on time was because their shipping took far longer than promised. It had arrived well after the promised delivery date and the day after I had left on vacation. I requested that they please accommodate me by at least allowing an exchange. They were super unhelpful and refused to assist in any way. Now I am stuck with a totally shoddy outfit that is way too small for anybody to wear. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere that is reliable and stands behind their products

I couldn't wait to get the dress for my friend's bridal, I was so excited to wear it, waited anxiously for 3 weeks for the dress to come. I open the package excitedly the dress is beautiful but no way it's a 2X. So I move on to the jacket I ordered it supposed to be of 4X it was a size of an extra large Maybe. They both items to my sister didn't want to go to the house so sending it back, now I have nothing to wear to the shower.

If I could give this company and its products minus stars I would. One product, the jeggins was shiny and very very very cheap looking. The pockets and seams that you see on the posted on the website ARE NOT REAL. They are literally painted on. Horrible. This company should be ashamed of itself. And it took almost 3 months to get my complete order. Which consisted of 6 items. Actually the last 3 are scheduled to be delivered today.

This is one of the only times I will write a review and send an item back. I will never ever deal with this place again, and I know because they have so many followers that my not liking them really don't matter. But I would like it to be known I paid a extra $26 for rush delivery for a dress for my birthday and that was stated to be 6 to 8 days I got it in about 2 and a half weeks. I knew when I opened the package it was not even close to what I ordered but I tried it on anyway. I had 4 family members over all of them I showed a picture that the site showed then I put that dress on. Thay were in disbelief that this is what was sent to me. I will send it back and never again order from here.

I ordered a dress paid extra for rush delivery for my birthday. Its been weeks and I have no dress and no money back. I emailed them and never get a responce. Find your stuff on a different site please. Now they send me a email everyday about new clothing and sakes. Why would I buy a thing when I haven got what I ordered. I never write reviews about a companycompany. But I trusted this one and I expressed it was for my birthday and they could care less. I intend to express my feelings everyday so other people can avoid having to be disapointed
