I never write reviews online, but this one I just had to. I ordered an item almost a month ago, and the page of the item said 1-2 days processing time and 8-10 days shipping time. After the order hasn't changed from "paid" status is almost a month, I filed a dispute. There's not record of it, and I received no response to it, but I can no longer file a dispute on that order number. After giving them days to reply, but got none, I sent multiple messages, informing them I no longer had a need for the item, cancel the transaction, and refund my money. In response to that, I received a message the item was sent (after I said not to), but no response to my dispute or messages. So now they're telling me to "be patient" 'cause after paying for shipping it will take additional 10-15 days. I've never been this annoyed with a shopping experience! In addition, they have a "Sorry, you're operation is too frequent. Please try again after 5 minute." message, which doesn't save the information you entered, and even 10 minuted later still won't let you send a message! What's the point in a messaging system if you won't let the buyers send you messages (and for the record, none of the "operations" that day were messages to the customer service, so it's not like I was spamming them). I will NEVER buy from them again! Replaced the "representative" in hope that would make a difference, but ain't holding my breath!
To the response from the "representative" (since I can't see a way to respond to a response here), read the entire review I wrote - it was sent after I had to inform you it's never been shipped and I also indicated in my message I no longer wanted it. If you really cared about customers, you wouldn't need to respond to a review on a different website, but use your messaging system (which is a fraud as well - I chose to "change the account manager" at least 3 times, and it always goes back to "Tina", so I guess that's just one more fraud to add to your business).
Its my first time to visit on tbdress and I like this website here is many items and lots of quality of all items for men's and women's both of them have many items
I have not done online shopping before and sopping at TBdress.com is my first experience. I was very nervous while shopping and was thinking that I am taking a huge risk. However when I got the dress I ordered, I was 100% satisfied. I see so many varieties that is not found in stores. Now, I made up my mind not to shop at stores and waste my time and to buy my clothes and accessories at TBdress.com.
