I was referred by a friend about tbdress.com so i ordered 4 dresses, 1 of the dress is my ivory wedding dress and 2 others for the wedding reception for me and my mother. I was even planning on buying the bridesmaid dresses and forget it. 1st the wedding dress did not fit me at all too big and long and another dress was too small for me. I contacted for refund or exchange and i they told me i have to pay shipping around $100 plus they want to refund me only a 60% of what i paid. I was like what? I don't think so, never again. Very disappointed with this ordering and operations process. Not recommended.

I bought the dress, Stripe Lace Patchwork, and I liked it very much. I was wearing it when my boyfriend proposed to me! I could not find a more appropriate dress for this special moment.

I found TBdress thru my friends on facebook.
Initially like the site and dresses looks good and prices are cheap.
I initially ordered 17 different items a pair of sandals, dresses and blouses. These order came to me in different dates 15items of my order came, one of them they said not available and they will refund my money. Till date no money in my account. One of the item they said last 31May15, that they will send it to me 10-20days, it is now 4July15 no item delivered. Three of the delivered items have issues 2 of the have stitching problems and the other one missing belt attachement. I sent them the photos of the said item and never got any response about it.

I have ordered 4x in TB almost a month now and I have not receive a single item. I kept on writing to them and in fairness they reply promptly but their delivery service is a pain. I love their dresses and the prices are good but you have to pay for that by the wait. I hope the TB team can improve their delivery system. I hope to get the dresses that I paid for before the year ends... :( Please TB team follow up on my order its getting very frustrating,

I have passed two orders with TBdress and I have received one until now. I have to say that the website is very well organized, full of details in order to determine whether an item is suitable (accurate description, different measurements, revies, many pics). Moreover, t he items are of all kinds and some of them really original. Finally, I foud out the customer care service is very effective and swift to reply. I look forward to receive my second order and to pass new orders in the future

I order two dresses. One red and one green. When I ordered them, I needed them very fast because I was leaving for Europe so i live chatted with the tbdress costumer service if they can process my order faster. They were very professional and told me they will do their best so that i can recieve the dresses before i leave and I had flight 6. 30. 2015. They said they will ship it 6.27 and i will recieve it in 2 days. I recieved it june 30th in the morning. OMG so fast shipping.

The dresses are very very good quality. The red dress is excatcly as in the Picture and how they discribe it. The green one is also a very good dress with amazing quality. Although i excepted it dark green, the dress is not excatly that dark green but not bad either. I expected it crocodile green or leaf green, it is lizard green. The dress was for my sister and she liked it lizard green too. She was very imporessed with the dresses.

My sisters and I decided that from now on we know where we want to order our dresses from.

The costumer serviced was exellent. Very helpful and polite people. I chated with them every single day until my order came. I got a Little andry that i will probably not recieve my dress by june 30th if they send it 27th, but i did and I am very happy costumer. I was very nervous about the dresses so much adn reading some bad reviews online I couldnt even sleep at night.
SUPER AMAZING JOB TBDRESS. Everything was perfect.
